Fabulous house with fabulous hosts! So glad to find this gem of a place to stay! We were so comfortable and felt at home in this sweet little house. The double bunk beds really open up the possibilities for our family of 5 to rest comfortably. Attention to detail, superb communication, and extremely accommodating to meet all our needs…these hosts demonstrate the very best of hospitality!

Very dismissive

After night one we reported an ant issue to the property manager. We had a member wake up in tje middle of the night covered in ants. We were told they would try and have someone come out and look at the problem. Nothing was communicated and no one came out. Night two, members noticed the AC unit leaking out onto the floor, a roach in the bathroom, and yet again another memeber waking up covered in ants. The member had to sleep in the living room on the floor. I sent photo's of the unsealed trim where the ants are coming in, the leaking AC unit, and a photo of an ant bite. When I addressed the issue again I felt very dismissed. Simply said the owner didnt see ants. Completely dismissing the fact that our members had to stay in a home like this after politely reporting it each time. I was very respectful but that wasn't given in return. Be mindful when booking if you have children the ants were in the bunk beds!

Beautiful Place

Well maintained and well kept place to stay. We were just staying for a night, but this would be a great place to spend some time at. Close to the lake, and just off the beaten path. While, still being close to any amenities you might need.

Cute and cozy

The property is beautiful. We love the beautiful flooring and farmhouse feel.Unfortunately for us it rained the whole time so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoors much. My boys did get to play on the putting green just a bit which they loved! It was a nice place to stay in town for a wedding where we could run back and forth.We did have some issues with the door lock not working every time we left and came back. Strange when we checked it multiple times while there it locked and unlocked every time but when we left for hours and came back it didn’t work. Usually resolved with a quick text. The owner ended up having to come over our last night to let us in apologized and said he’d be replacing the lock.I’m sure that will be done before your visit! :)But we loved the house and would definitely come back there if we were coming in town again to visit friends. :)I do recommend despite the lock issue. It was a great place to stay with our 4 kids! Go relax, play some cards, sit by the fire and enjoy this little piece of country! It was Nice!

Another Amazing Stay

I can totally picture this place becoming our home away from home. We’ve made some great memories there! Everything was perfect. The property is exactly as promised, but somehow better than the pictures. I can’t think of a better place to kick off our family’s holiday break. Thanks for everything, and Merry Christmas!

AMAZING PLACE!!!

Ya'll this place is AMAZING!!! The putting green was a hit with our granddaughter as well as the swings at the firepit. We had a great time playing the board games that are provided as well. We hosted a family dinner and had plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms have lots of room to move around and the showers are huge!! The host is wonderful and communication was not a problem. I look forward to staying again the next time we are in the area.

Enjoyed our stay! My grandsons had a wonderful time. They were able to run around freely. They enjoyed the cows next door. It was their first time standing right next to a cow. Our 4 year old was astatic. Our time at this property was outstanding.

House Rules Misunderstanding

The only issue I had during our stay was a week later after check out. I was notified about a $50 charge that the property owner was requesting. I was told I didn't follow house rules during our check out. This wasn't told to us prior to check-in about these rules. I tried talking to the property manager about this issue and was told I just had to pay. I would have preferred that they had contacted me directly to discuss before just sending me a charge without fully explaining the situation. Besides that, the property was very nice and we liked our experience on the property grounds.

Our New Home Away From Home

We had high expectations for this property, and it delivered! This place truly has something for everyone! We had a small family gathering, and we took advantage of all the amenities. The putting green was a HUGE hit with everyone, and our granddaughters want to spend the night next time so they can sleep in the bunk room. The accent wall in the living room made a lovely backdrop for some family photos that we will treasure for years to come. We also enjoyed setting the fireplace to purple and watching our hometown team win the high school football state championship. We made some great memories here, and we will definitely be back!

Farm stay

My husband, 2 kids, and our two dogs's Kobe & Melo stayed at this home for our friends wedding. It was wonderful waking up to cows in your back yard. There was plenty of things to do! The kids played Mini golf while hubby and I sat around the fire pit. (And of course made s’mores) we also enjoyed playing the board games that were there! Great mini getaway. Stores are about 10-15 minutes away so just make sure you have your essential for your stay (toiletries, coffee, condiments, iron) Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay!

Beautiful house & location!

The pictures do not do it justice! This house is nestled in some beautiful trees with a putting green in the front yard with a fire pit & swings! Location is great! Close enough to town but far enough away so you get some much needed relaxation. We utilized this house for our boys birthday party (Masters golf theme) & the putting green was perfect! From the easy checkin process, the cleanliness of the house, very well kept property, we will for sure be returning to stay as a family!
