During my visit, I accidentally left a shoe valued at $2,000 in the room. I only realised it a month later when I returned to L.A. What makes this experience unforgettable is the incredible customer service. "Sehr schönes und grosszügiges Appartement, fantastische Lage. Mittendrin und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Nachbarn oben rückten jedoch bis Mitternacht Möbel umher, was den Schlaf nicht möglich machte. Das Bett war jedoch super bequem! Die Küche ist mittelmässig ausgestattet (nur 3 Gabeln, keine kleinen Löffel), Geschirr war teilweise dreckig. Wir würden dennoch auf jeden Fall wieder kommen."

"The communication with the staff was superb. They always try to help as fast as they could. The apart meant itself was renovated with a new bathroom. There were two well sized bedrooms and a pullout sleeping couch in the living room. The laundry dishwasher and the toilets are well stocked with excellent supplies. All in all were good for sleeping for a family of five. Had a lot of difficulty with the AC units which were difficult to operate. They were individual units located in each room and...

Die Unterkunft sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Die Lage ist fantastisch, perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip.
