"I liked the property it wasn't too bad. However all the windows in the room were jammed I couldn't get them opened. The couple that were opened when we arrived we couldn't get closed.
No one came to clean the room so we had no towels and no toilet paper.
But overall I was still positive about the stay and it was cheap. 😊"

"The fridge did not work and I requested a new one on the first day, but it was not provided. My room was not serviced on one of the days, although I had requested it. The phone did not work.
There was rubbish left in the corner near the lift.
Generally the hotel was good. Restaurant and bar were great. Staff could probably do with a bit more training in the restaurant and bar, but there were very friendly."

"Check in was okay, There was an option to check in via a screen or in person. I didn’t like that anyone could see all your personal details. The gentleman that checked us in was trying to be friendly and consistently asked if I was tired, which I was but just wanted to check in and go to the room. I understand he was being polite and wanted to chat. The room was basic, clean. We had four guests but only 3 towels, the paint work was peeling off some of the walls, and the bathroom had seen better...
