"Good points: Plenty of parking, Large rooms, Linen and towels provided, free toiletries. The cleaner was lovely and super helpful. Blackout curtains in rooms. Bad points: Facilities are NOT as advertised. No restaurant or bar, No WiFi, Not all rooms have TV & No pillow menu. Only 2 members of staff were helpful, No housekeeping during stay, decoration is very dated. Main reception is not manned 24hours and difficult to contact anyone on the emergency numbers. Windows dont open wide enough...

"Arrived at about 2.30 told to wait until 3 before having our which was fair enough, however people arrived a few minutes after us and were given rooms immediately. Couldn't leave our lugfage for a couple of hours on checkout but people checking in early could leave their luggage which baffled me to be honest."

"We stayed here as we were attending the British Grand Prix and was catching the shuttle bus to the track from Coventry Station. This hotel was perfect as it was a 2 minute walk. Check in was simple and the receptionist was smiley, friendly and informative. Room was clean, complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks in the fridge. We will definetly choose this hotel for next years GP."

"Good value for money, room was clean and staff were helpful. I would say to avoid ground floor rooms if you can as they are very hot in the hot weather and windows can’t be opened. Other than that would stay there again."

"We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! Highly recommend!"

I stopped during the recent heatwave and was pleased I had packed my mini travel fan as my room had the sun in the afternoon, usually this would have been a treat, just not on this occasion. They seemd a little short staffed and, although the food was good, the tables were dirty and (bizarrely) the host told us the half empty restuarant was 'fully booked'. When we saw many empty tables, we asked the bar tender if it would be possible to order food and he was happy to oblige!
