The staff was friendly, check in/out was super easy and fast. We had breakfast at the cafe and the service and food were good.

we arrived late at night and everything was quite easy. had to sleep only a few hours as we had a funeral to attend in Vegas early morning.

Hotel was ok. I was away from the room for a bit in the morning before checking out. I came back to my room and the door was wide open and all my stuff was gone. The staff said since I wasn’t in the room they assumed I left. After arguing I got some of my stuff back but not all. That totally turned the stay from ok to awful

Property and room conditions were great hotel staff was great. But when we went to get something to eat they were closing in 15 minutes and didn’t want to serve us which was at 845 and we were involved with the racing event that came to town on Thursday so I guess our money wasn’t good enough for them we walk across the street to Burger King. Restaurant staff gets a failure to servicing clientele!

Maybe it was because we shared a casino, but the smell of cigarettes permeated the room, making it a little uncomfortable, and the water in the hand sink didn't drain well, which made it a little uncomfortable.

The room was fine. I had to agree to pay $10 for shampoo, etc. which has never been a thing anyplace else. The building reeks of cigs, but room was free of smoke.

The property is dirty, out dated, worn out. Parking Lot /Security lighting in guest parking lot next to hotel section are not working, bulbs need checking or replaced. I counted 5 lights not working. This creates a dark and unsafe area. Casino is smokey. Room furniture is in need of replacing. I stayed 2 nights. I doubt I would stay there again.

Shower needs remodelling. (Cant close glass doors, mixer faucet is confusing) Wifi works very poorly in the room as well as in the casino. Tv programming is good but on screen quality is very poor. Keycards do NOT work well at all despite reprogramming. Room is very clean, personell very kind and attentive

We reached at 10:10pm, but had to wait 10:45 minutes to check-in because the person at the check-in desk was on a break. And no one else was able to help with the check-in. I have never had such an experience at any hotel. Overall the hotel seemed clean and was close to dining options. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. There was a Keurig in the room.

It would be nicer if one did not have to walk through the smoke filled casino in order to check into the hotel. The smoke permeates almost everything. Thankfully the hotel room itself was ok

There was an issue with the reservation and the staff quickly made it right. Cafe was good and fairly priced. Rooms are clean and non-smoking. We were on our way to Death Valley and the location was very convenient. There's a bowling alley in the back of the property, too :)
