5 Stars – Riverfront Fun & Fresh Trout!

This place was the dreamy mountain escape we didn’t know we needed! Tucked right on the San Juan River, we spent our days soaking up the views, playing cornhole by the water, and sipping coffee on the deck like we were in a commercial.The best part? We went fishing and actually caught a rainbow trout! Big thanks to our awesome host, Chris, who not only welcomed us warmly but also showed us how it’s done. Total legend.Close enough to town for a bite to eat, but far enough to feel like you’re in your own peaceful bubble. Can’t wait to come back!

great place for a big family

We enjoyed our stay, it's beautiful and right on the river. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The owners were very friendly although we saw briefly upon check in only but they were easy to get a hold of by text(when/if needed). We were there to ski and it's a great location!

Perfect family cabin

Beautiful scenery no need for sound machine with the beautiful river right outside!!! Blue jays everywhere. Great location for weekend of fun-snowshoeing snowboarding and sleigh rides…could not of dreamed of a better trip for my family. Thank you Stream Dreams

Great place for adults

Everything about this location is exemplary. The only complaint I have is the balcony railing was not safe for small children. The 16 month old toddler with us could fit thru and under the balcony’s railing.

Stream Dream

We had a great getaway at the Stream dream property. It is located just a short distance from town and to wolf creek. It would be a great place to stay any season of the year. The property is right on the river. It’s beautiful and quiet. Property management very responses and helpful! We will visit again!

Perfect Location for a serene getaway

Everything about this place was fantastic! The house is right on the San Juan with a great view and running stream. It is 6 miles from downtown Pagosa, and 20 minutes from Wolf Creek. The house was better stocked with kitchen items, games to pass the time, and all the linens we might need than most VRBO's. The owners were great hosts. Their food recommendations were spot on, and I even got a fly fishing lesson. We highly recommend this spot.

That river!

Stream Dreams is perfectly situated on the river with a beautiful lawn, chaise lounges, comfy chairs for soaking your feet in the water, a hammock, and a covered porch with reclining deck chairs. The kitchen is small but well stocked, and the bedrooms were perfect for our family of five. We’ll be back!

Wonderful family vacation destination.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Stream Dreams had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for our 2 families (4 adults/4 kiddos). Large play space and the river. We are booking again for next summer.

We stayed at this beautiful home with our preteen/teenager, brother/sister-in-law and their pre-k and 1st grader. The was a good size, great sleeping options, stocked and clean. The property and owners were both really great! Nothing like listening to the river during the night ❤️

Winter Winner

Stayed at this property with a group of friends for a late season ski trip. Property was perfectly appointed and owner was great. We didn’t eat out once and cooked all meals - had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy after a long day of skiing. Plenty of room for four adults with a separate bedroom for each. Location is amazing and not far from town and close to Wolf Creek mountain. Owners live on property and were responsive to our needs but not intrusive and we didn’t know there were there. Great property and great trip.

Rest & Relaxation

Our stay was nothing but peaceful; full of rest and relaxation! The accommodations were fantastic for our family of 6 and the location along the river made our stay even better! Chris took time to teach my husband and I to fly fish which is something I’ve always wanted to do! So thanks again Chris, you’re a gem topped with sprinkles!

Incredible week!

We spent a week with our 5 children and had a wonderful time snowboarding, fly fishing and soaking in the hot springs! Gorgeous house on the river.
