Excellent on the river

This is a great condo right on the San Juan river. We could walk to town, fish, and if the river had been flowing normal we would have done some tubing. The condo was great, nice furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked. We plan to go back.

We loved the condo and it was just as pictured. The place was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was also fully stocked. We loved the location being on the river and walkable to town for shopping and coffee. We really enjoyed watching the deer everyday. We would highly recommend and will stay here again when in the area.

Absolutely wonderful place!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! After climbing the stairs to the third floor, you have everything you need!Beautifully furnished and decorated throughout. You have all the cooking tools you need to make meals! Love to sound of the river and the deer that visited. This is one of the coziest VRBO’s we’ve stayed at!

Hot springs experience

very nice place loved being right by the river nice little walking area we came for a first time experience for the Hot Springs. Enjoyed our massage and dip in the springs at Overlook Spa. Took drive and hike to piedra falls otherwise pretty much stayed right at the condo. It was wonderful.

Time away and time at the hot springs

Window blinds very dusty. Window screens dirt and debris. Wasp nests in bbq and above door of master on view decks. Supplies and baths were clean. Extra bedroom mattress very uncomfortable and bedding would it stay on the mattress, causing sleepless nights.Upon entering the unit, we weren’t aware of 40 steps. And upon entering the unit door the entry stair smelled of cat urine.

Great location but 4 flights of stairs JS

I thought this was walking distance to the springs, but maybe just a bit too far. And the 4 flights of stairs was rough. But if that does not bother you, this is the place to be. I really loved the location anyway with the sounds of the water. I would stay here again

Spring Break in Pagosa

We had a fantastic spring break stay at this condo in Pagosa Springs! It was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after a full day of skiing. The location was ideal—close to town for convenient shopping and dining and just a short drive from fantastic skiing.We recommend the day pass at the springs resort for a relaxing experience, Rosie's for pizza, and Kips for live music with dinner. A special highlight was the river behind the condo, where my son caught a huge brown trout. We highly recommend staying here to anyone planning a trip to Pagosa Springs.

Beautiful and cozy condo

We enjoyed our stay in this large 2 bedroom condo. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiries in a timely manner. If our travels bring us back to Pagosa Springs we would definitely consider staying here again.

Peaceful and relaxing

This condo has exquisite views of both the river and the mountains. The space is beautifully decorated and has a few personal touches. Our family truly enjoyed the visit. I highly recommend this mountain get away.

Christmas Getaway in Pagosa

We took a week long trip over Christmas at this wonderful condo in Pagosa Springs. The location is excellent with very easy access to downtown and the hot springs. The condo had everything we needed for our short stay including lots of towels, detergent , and all the basic kitchen supplies. The condo heating works very well and the fireplace is nice. If you want to use the grill would recommend to bring a camping propane bottle (Coleman). The condo entrance is after several flights of stairs and felt very secure. We found the property to be exceptionally well maintained and one of the better property offerings on VRBO. We’d definitely stay here in the future as we had a really pleasant visit this holiday season!
