"Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. "The property makes you leave a cash deposit, they won't just hold it on your credit card. I asked for ice for my room, they said they don't have it. I asked for a fan for my room, they said they didn't have it. I asked for a king-size bed, they gave me two twins. When I pushed the two twins together, I found dirty cigarette butts and trash. "There were several instances where the staff’s limited English led to repeated follow-up calls for clarification. Additionally, some information was changed again at check-in, causing confusion. The accommodation also had a noticeable issue with ants and other insects."

"The resort is quite large, when booking be aware of where the room is located as there is two towers within the property the one my family stayed in was probably the older tower. The rooms need updating as the flooring appeared to be water damaged and lots grime build up in the bathrooms. Pretty much all the activities for the children need to be paid for and the food/drinks were on the higher end. There is not a lot of shops near by and the mini mart within the resort is expensive. "初めましてのフュージョンリゾートカムランのHideaway Pool Villaに5泊しました。 とてもお部屋も広くて部屋のプールも最高でした！！ どこにでもバギーが迎えに来てくれるので暑い中での滞在も快適でした。 海やプール2ヶ所も滞在中行ってみましたが快適でした。特にフュージョンファームは色んな動物がいてヤギさんにバナナをあげたり、早朝だとニワトリの卵を採ってそれを朝食会場で目玉焼きやオムレツにしてくれます。 帰りが遅い便だったのでラウンジを別料金で使えるとのことで利用でき助かりました。 非日常を味わえる素敵な空間でした！ ただ、スパと清掃に関しては人によって少し雑な感じがありましたが毎日大変だろうなと思うので許容範囲ないです。"
