"The communication with this host is not good. It made check in a little frustrating. However, the villa is very nice and new. My only complaint is there is a washer but no dryer. To make it worse, there no designation to air dry our clothes either. We had to gather all the hangers in all the closets and dry them randomly around and outside of the villa. "The villa, the rooms, the services, the staffs are much lower grade than the property applies it 5 stars, 3 stars is the most I can say about this place. The reception manager is tried their best but it’s nothing they could do. Not worth the money. Will not comeback. "

"The whole building smelt so bad. The staffs weren’t engaged at all, just watching their phones, hanging out with other staffs. Constantly made me wait for absolutely nothing. Would not stay there ever again. Made my whole trip like an absolute waste."

We couldn't just contact the front desk to get additional towels, we actually had to contact the "property owner". The whole process was more difficult than it needed to be for additional necessities "

The villas are lovely, pool was clean, the communication to the butlers was very efficient. I chose this villa after my flight was cancelled and was very happy with my choice. My only comment would be that I wished it had some convenience shops to get a variety of small snacks and fruits."
