"We absolutely loved our stay at the Newstead Belmont. The property was gorgeous, the staff were incredibly kind and the free shuttle and ferry service made this an outstanding property. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend."

"The door could not lock. The place smelt musky. There were skid marks in the toilet bowl when we got there. At the back of the room was old junk including garbage."
