"Everything about our stay was great. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the gym was well maintained.
The team mentioned that the pool is almost ready, and we’re looking forward to using it on our next visit. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again."

"What a great find! We booked Trailhead Lodge at the last minute and couldn’t have been happier. Mark was so friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Eureka Springs. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Excellent hospitality and a great location. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Mark!"

"I hate to score it with only 4 stars... It would have been 5 stars if we wouldn't have had the problem with toilet.
Toilet did not flush well. I asked the reception desk and they kindly just someone to pump it but it was not clogged the problem is that the toilet has not enough water pressure to fully flush..."

"This place is amazing! It’s such a breath of fresh air compared to the older dustier options in Eureka Springs. The wellness focus, the pool, the paths in the forest, the sauna! It’s where I will for sure be staying everytime I visit now. And the rooms are so clean and luxurious. I cannot recommend it enough"
