The cabin was exactly what we needed to rest up for our up coming mission trip. It was very clean and the beds super comfy! We loved watching the deer, rabbits and fireflies . We even saw a raccoon one evening.

The cabin being surrounded by nature was the solitude we needed. Sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs listening to the rain and wild life was so relaxing. The big picture windows in the bedroom felt like you were waking up in the woods but with the comforts of home.

Fantastic place! Beautiful rooms and windows, very secluded. We spent long mornings drinking coffee on the porch and walking up the gravel driveway and back just to enjoy some peace and quiet from everyday life. Close to the Ark encounter and some other places, but honestly we just wanted to stay in the cabin the entire time. If you want to unplug and wind down, this is the spot. Jarrold, the host, was awesome and went above and beyond our expectations. Would highly recommend!

Peaceful cabin in the woods

This is a beautiful and relaxing place to vacation. Cabin is perfect for our needs and will definitely like to stay here again.

Really love the location, the quite, and the fact that it was central to many attractions in the area. Jerrold and Laura were very responsive to us when necessary. Really enjoyed the location.

Such a beautiful, clean cabin. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It was so nice to escape the noises of the city and relax in a beautiful place.

Secluded getaway

Peaceful secluded location. Nice relaxing getaway. For older people, like us, the stairs were a little much, but overall we really liked the place.

Secluded, wooded gem

Very quiet, very comfortable, all in all, a cute little place to spend a day or two. Our host was very accommodating and our check in went very smoothly. I'd stay again.

Cabin Solitude

Going through a pretty serious time in my life and not going to say it all melted away during our stay but the conditions and solitude were a major bonus. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying there again if our travels take us near.

It was what we expected. A remote get away in the middle of no where. Complete silence, except for the occasional woodpecker and wild turkey gobling in the distance. Great place to get away from everything for a weekend. The only thing that would have made it better would be a fire pit for a camp fite. Unfortunately the area is under a no burn ordinance so no fires are allowed. Outside of that, it was perfect.

Loved the location. We didnt have good cell service but we made the best of it. Loved that there were no wall plug ins! The place was very clean.
