"Absolutely clean, quiet, peaceful surroundings inside and on the property. More than enough space and beds were comfortable. No complaints from my family which is definitely a miracle!"

"We loved our stay at The Woodlands and would love to stay again! The owners were so helpful and kind and the property was just beautiful. The listing doesn't do the view justice! It was a surprise to also be able to fit our large family of 8 at the dining room table and STILL have room to spare. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Farmhouse! The house itself was perfect for our large group, and we very much enjoyed the fire pit and the gorgeous sunsets. "We stayed at this property with extended family for a wedding in Georgetown. The Luxe Lounge was the perfect venue for extra get togethers with out of town guests and evening gatherings. There is a lot of living space to accommodate several groups and activity levels. The home is well appointed, expertly decorated, and well-maintained. The hosts were extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again!"

"All: I have seen some “negative” experiences in comments here. Wow! The owners must have done some MAJOR improvements! The place was immaculate, the beds were super comfy, a/c was spot on, it’s in a super quiet street/neighborhood, there’s a wide open pastureland across the street…did I mention new carpet in the bedrooms and maybe even new paint (?) If I ever end up in this area, I’m asking specifically for this house. No joke."
