"We loved the woods behind the house and having the space to spread out and decompress after spending our days with the crowds at Museums. The house was inviting and clean. We cooked 3 of our meals while staying here, enjoyed some games from the closet, walked the property a few times, and had tea/coffee out on the covered patio. It cost us only 10 a day more than staying in a standard hotel room and made it much more pleasant to host family. "This house was perfect as a home base for four of us doing some golf and bourbon trail tastings. 4 comfortable bedrooms allowed us all to have our own space and the common areas/backyard were great for hanging together. Location is less than a mile to a lot of great stuff Downtown Frankfort and a short drive to a lot of distilleries/golf courses between Lexington and Louisville. All around great stay!"

"The house was charming. It was nicely outfitted with everything a traveler might need. The house was located within walking distance of several restaurants. We drove a short distance to tour the Buffalo Trace distillery. The tour was fun and informative. We spent 3 nights in Frankfort and had a lovely time.
