Outlay house
This home is very nice. The upstairs master suite & bath are extremely nice & comfortable. The 2 bedrooms down stairs are smaller. The bedroom with the queen/twin bunk is designed to possibly sleep 4 people on the bunk & a trundle bed; it is pretty cramped for that many people. The downstairs bath is small and houses the washer & dryer. We needed to use the soda bed upstairs & had to strip sheets off the bunk bed for that as there were no extra sheets. If you are bringing 10 people; it will technically handle it—just beware that it will be crowded. Also the location is close to town and has very close neighbors. All in all the house worked for our group & made a relaxing stay.

Comfortable house
Conclusion: Would stay here again. Kitchen well equipped, but owner’s policy is to remove everything from refrig, so we had to buy all condiments. Owner provided a bottle of wine — worth at least 1 point right there. Owner communicated well before the stay began, but never got a “welcome” text, and no apology for changing wifi password from what was provided with confirmation. Beds we’re comfortable. Instructions for kitchen light controls would have been helpful. Location convenient to town.

Week in Ouray
Great property in a great location. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. All appliances and amenities are top of the line. Large enough to comfortably accommodate a family of 8. Cory was very responsible when we had a few questions. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Ouray in the future.

Perfect Getaway
We truly loved the property and our stay - the perfect setting for a holiday getaway with girlfriends. The outdoor seating area was home to lots of laughs and animal sightings! We will now all be changing all our bedding to whatever you used in the rooms - the softest sheets and pillows! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful!
The home was beautiful! The location was a bit from town, but still in a very nice neighborhood. We had a bear sighting which was exciting! The parking was the only down side. We had to park our truck and trailer down by the highway and walk up to the house.

Lovely Home
We loved the location of this home. Close enough to town, yet far enough as to not hear vehicles on the road or sounds from town. We have a large family, all of our children are tall and the bedrooms/beds fit everyone nicely. No complaints! Check-in/out was very easy with clear instructions. The owner also has a restaurant in town called Brickhouse 737 and the food was absolutely delicious! We dined there two evenings. I'd highly recommend. One thing we would have appreciated knowing before hand was that there is a tenant that lives under the home. We were not up late at all, but we do have teenagers that are big kids and he mentioned we were loud.

Great Location, Responsive Hosts!
This property was absolutely beautiful, located very close to the town of Ouray and came with a fully-equipped kitchen and bar setup. The hosts were extremely prompt and responsive. Great stay!

Stayed here for our Colorado Elopment!
We chose to stay here during our Colorado elopement. The pictures of us turned out amazing at the house beforehand and the location is perfect to get wherever you need to go. All the beds were super comfy and it everything we could need was at the house! I would stay there again when we come back to Ouray!

Perfect for Group Trip
My friends and I came to ice climb and this house was perfect. Lots of open space and room to move around. Only issue we had was getting the fireplace to start- it was sporadic and no clear instructions on getting on and off. Otherwise, our experience was wonderful and I would definitely rent again!

Perfect place to stay
This place was amazing. Modern but rustic, with a warm fireplace and picturesque windows of mountain views. Right by the hot springs and a few minutes from the climbing park… this was a perfect place to stay in Ouray!

Wonderful stay in Ouray
This home was a great place to stay for our trip to Ouray. Cory was quick to respond and very accommodating. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs and the area around the house is rocky with uneven terrain so if you’re traveling with young kids, be aware of that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

4th of July stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was when we went to grill out the propane was empty. We were able to get a full bottle at the bottom of the hill just a couple minutes away.

Great place with an asterisk*
The house, location, and views were amazing! There is one thing we thought should have been mentioned in the initial listing; there are people living in the basement. Not really an issue, never heard a peep from them, but thought it was weird it wasn't revealed until after we reserved the house. Other than that, it was a great place to spend the week. Close to town, great amenities and relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent VRBO
All around wonderful experience. Clean, bright, well-designed layout and decor, convenient location, beautify surroundings. The owners’ restaurant in Ouray, Brick House 737, was the best dining experience we had on our 10 day vacation throughout Colorado.

Greta mountain get away!
Fantastic property and location. We had a great time playing board games with everyone in a warm cozy mountain setting. Sleeps 8 comfortably but could easily sleep 10. Would recommend to anyone. The views are breathtaking. *During the winter months I would recommend a vehicle with 4x4. Slightly steep hill and driveway.

Amazing property in an aging location! I will be back!
The house was amazing, plenty of space for everyone. Only suggestion would be a non stick pan. All other cookware and the grill were awesome.

Great place to stay
You can tell the owners are in the hospitality business. We had slight problem on first day and the guys took care of the problem immediately. The house provided everything we needed and was furnished with comfort in mind. There were enough towels and everything was spotless. We really enjoyed the kitchen. First VRBO we stayed in that came with sharp knives and enough pots and pans to cook a nice meal. Having a garage for the car was also very nice. The house is a little outside of town which makes it nice and was perfect for two couples. On a side note the owners also own a restaurant in town which serves excellent food. We would rent this place again and really enjoyed Ouray. Thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful stay
We enjoyed Labor Day weekend with another family at this property. We decided to split the kids up and had one family upstairs in the master and on the pullout sofa and the other family in the downstairs bedrooms. All of the kids could have bunked together in the bunk bed room. The home is furnished very nicely with a well equipped kitchen. The two parking spaces (one garage and one driveway) worked for our two families. Close enough to walk to hot springs and into downtown.

Great house in Ouray
This house is very cool! It's quiet, with two separate King bedrooms, one on each of the two upper floors. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the location is close to town without the noise. There is a small apartment downstairs, which didn't affect us, but you should know about so you aren't surprised. Overall, an excellent place!

Amazing Cabin to stay in. You will not regret it.
This place is amazing. From the parking to the coziness. This is the place to stay. When we arrived the property was just as advertised. It is close and a 3 min drive to the middle of town. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room so that we were not all on top of each other. Do not question staying here. Just do it. You will not be dissappointed.

The best hosts and a great home!
Cory and Hanz truly care about their guests. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were provided everything we needed and took the time to show us how everything works and answer any questions we had. It is not a "house" you just pop in and out of; it is a "home" that you truly feel welcomed in. Words cannot express our gratitude and appreciation for the effort they made to make us feel at home. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Ouray!
