Cascade falls

Everything was as expected we had a maintenance question which was resolved immediately, and we were very pleased to have covered parking for our vehicle. That was a nice perk. You should use that in your listing because it is very valuable in the winter time particularly

Not my best vrbo stay...

Truthfully, I was a little disappointed in my stay, especially with the cost of the property. First when I arrived, there was a code given, however when I got there the door was just unlocked which felt a little off to me. On top of that I couldn't really tell if the door was locked or not the first evening which made me concerned. Another comment I would make is with the whole room being wood, there is a lot of creaking. I am a very early riser compared to my partner and because there is no privacy, I couldn't really move around or do anything without waking up my partner. The next day I was up and trying to make coffee and after searching high and low for coffee filters, I found none, which was confusing due to it being on the listing that coffee/coffee filters would be provided. I messaged the host and waited awhile, so I went to buy a coffee. The concerning part was during the time I was gone, someone from their team entered my room and placed coffee filters on the counter. While this was appreciated, I did not feel comfortable with the fact that someone was entering my room with all of my belongings without my permission. Later in the day we ended up getting some mud on our clothes and they provided laundry detergent pods (pro) so I thought I would do a load when I get back. Again I message the host to find out there is no laundry on site, which was disappointing and confusing. Overall, it is a good location but I would not stay here again, especially for the cost.

In-town rustic

The property is conveniently located, short walk to the main street where there are shops and restaurants. It was quiet, even though there is construction next door and an adjacent unit. It was clean, although the floor felt a little gritty. The parking is tight in the carport when there are two guests, and the parking area and stairs to the building are not lit.

This suite was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and beautiful, great location. We had some trouble with the AC making it hot during this time of year but otherwise, an absolutely wonderful place!

Great location

The rental was nice and seemed to be well-kept. It has everything we needed and was located in a great location, which made it easy to get around town and to local hiking trails, hot springs, etc. We were not given one of the needed codes to get into the room, but communication with the property management was quick and efficient. Some of the directions for checkout varied between what was written online versus a printout in the room. The only other item of note is the parking is a bit tight when sharing with the other rental in the building, but overall we were happy with our stay.

Perfect Weekend Destination!

To say that we enjoyed our stay in Ouray is an understatement. The property was very inviting, clean, and spacious. Not to mention the mountain view’s from the west suite were phenomenal! Conveniently located right on Ouray’s main street, the property allows for walkable access to the town’s shops and restaurants. There are metal stairs leading down from the car port to the back door, which is where you enter/exit the property. It was slightly difficult bringing luggage up and down, and the stairs can get icy, so just beware if you have mobility issues or are clumsy like me! We didn’t face too many challenges apart from that. Also, the bathtub is beautiful, but it is pretty deep, so just be careful! I would most definitely recommend staying at this property!

Good stay in Ouray

Enjoyed our time at this cute home. Nicely decorated, comfy bed, all the necessities provided. Just off Main Street so it was easy to get to restaurants and shops, as well as the Perimeter Trail. Didn’t hear a lot of road noise from the streets so that was a bonus.

Great location

Great location and parking. Unit was clean Unit has no views to speak of. There wasn’t any outside area to enjoy the sun or watch the activity in town. There was only one loveseat providing a comfortable place to relax. Other than this chair, there was only the beds and kitchen table/chairs.

Perfect Spot

Woke up to a mountain view from the West suite every morning. Wonderful location Downtown close to everything. About 5 minutes from base of Cascade Falls with access to Perimeter Trail. Had everything needed for someone with a gluten allergy to be able to prepare my own meals if you're tired with options in town. Very comfortable bed. Had plenty of room for being a studio suite.

Great stay in Ouray

Property was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect for walking the town as well as driving in and out. Unit is much larger than the photos would suggest. We enjoyed our four day stay and would highly recommend for a couples stay. Very private and quiet yet steps away from all the shops and restaurants.

Great location and very quiet.

The property is larger than it looks in the photos. The furnishings are very nice, there’s private covered off street parking, it’s easy to find, very quiet at night and in a great location. I would go back. We had a minor problem with the tv and they sent someone over within an hour.

Overall a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only downsides were that there was NO toilet paper at all. We had to go buy some and the bed is definitely a queen, not a king like advertised. There was also nothing to wash dishes with, as in no sponge or brush or dishcloth. Again though, overall it was a very nice experience.

Great space in the heart of Ouray

This is a great space in a fantastic location off of Main Street, walkable to everything including hot springs. The space was very clean with a cool rustic aesthetic. Loved the open layout and full kitchen. Covered parking onsite was a perk as well. Would definitely stay here again!

3rd time staying here! Love this place.

Very nice condo on main street Ouray. We have stayed in both the East and West units and love both units. Property management is very professional and wonderful to rent from. The location is perfect. We definitely recommend this condo and plan on returning for sure.

Nice place and close to restaurants and shops

The Lotus Mountain Suites is a small, but nice comfy place and had everything we needed. All the Ouray restaurants, shops, and the hot springs are within walking distance which is nice. The only thing that we had issues with was the internet service connection. We would be glad to stay there again.
