"Although we live only 25 minutes away, we had never been to this lake. Definitely off the grid as written and we found the cottage charming as a 1922 cottage could be. We were surprised at the noise from a local event center on Sunday evening, but they got quiet after 10pm. Boaters were active until 11pm on the weekends which also surprised us. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings were nice and peaceful. You must be able bodied to access the lake from this cabin. The common beaches had...

"We can’t say enough about how nice our stay was. The pictures don’t do this cabin justice it’s a fantastic place to stay and a great area that’s tucked away but only a few minutes to nearby towns. I’m from the area and wasn’t familiar with this part of the area. It’s very beautiful and did not disappoint. We look forward to returning to the cabin in the future. "

"We booked this escape as a 1/2 way point between family in NJ and MA and what a hidden gem it is! Dog friendly was a priority, but the magic of this place was a welcomed surprise. All weekend we commented on wishing we stayed longer and that we must come back to really enjoy the property and cozy feel that warms the soul! The cabin is meticulously maintained and it is very clear that the family loves their home away from home! Can’t wait to return!!"
