Villa Numia A is a bright and sunny two-story independent house located right on the beach. It sleeps four people. From Villa Numia A you will enjoy an incredible view of the sea and of the greenery. Villa Numia A is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features direct access to the beach and to the sea, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Ostuni, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 800 meters (880 yards), the bus stop at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the closest beach (rocky) at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away).
You will reach Villa Numia A from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To make the most of your stay at Villa Numia A, we recommend having a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public rocky beach. The area is equipped with two sun loungers. The access to the sea is shared with non-resident guests.
Patio
The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with two sun loungers.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is partly shaded by characteristic grapevine pergolas and by fruit trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable, and include a sofa and an armchair. There is a nice fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and a long terrace through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a rocking chair and a desk. The room has a window with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a long terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
Roof LevelTerrace
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. You will reach it from the patio going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps. It is equipped with two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the sea.
Access to the terrace is not recommended for children, as the terrace has no railings.
