Spacious and welcoming villa with private pool surrounded by Puglian countryside, close to the charming town of Ostuni.



The property boasts wonderful outdoor spaces tastefully furnished, making it the ideal choice for enjoying a stay of privacy and rest. Before entering the villa, there is a relaxation area, equipped with sofas and coffee tables, a patio with dining table perfect for spending time with company. The private pool is equipped with sun loungers and surrounded by olive trees. Inside, the villa has a large living area, furnished with two double sofa beds, a TV, a dining room with table and a kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and espresso coffee machine.

The sleeping area has two bedrooms, the first with double bed and en suite bathroom, and the second with a queen-size bed. The layout is completed by two further bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Valle d'Itria. Its historic centre, of a blinding white, immense, culminates with the Cathedral (600 metres from the apartment) which imperiously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a clear and crystalline sea. Characteristic are its alleyways, Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of S. Oronzo which majestically protects the town.

Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and food and wine culture, Cisternino, a village recognised amongst the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with evocative historic centres and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the Orient, whilst heading south we encounter first the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi before reaching Lecce, capital of the Baroque. Moving towards the west there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.



Bari airport is 105 km away, whilst Brindisi airport is 45 km away.
