Wonderful villa with trullo annex and spacious swimming pool in the heart of the Itria Valley.



Immersed in tranquillity and surrounded by lush Puglian olive groves, our villa with annex represents an oasis of wellbeing just a few km from Ostuni. The residential solution is suitable for hosting up to 8 people, whilst at the same time providing the necessary privacy for each guest, as it consists of two independent complexes: a villa and a typical trullo. It is therefore a perfect solution for families, as well as for groups of friends. The two structures extend over a large area and welcome a wonderful private swimming pool, ideal for enjoying the sun of the Itria Valley in total relaxation. The trullo comprises a living area with dining zone and small equipped kitchen, and a sleeping area with a double bed and two single beds. It also has two bathrooms with shower.

The villa is configured in a similar manner: it features a spacious living area that serves as the focal point of the structure, with a double sofa bed and dining zone. From here access to the fully equipped kitchen, the bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is also available inside the villa for guests.

Furthermore, at the rear of the villa there are two verandas and a barbecue area with dining table, where our guests can organise barbecues under the moon and stars. A wonderful garden of approximately 300 sqm surrounds the entire structure.

Ostuni, known to the world as the White City, is the pearl of the Valle d'Itria. Its historic centre, of a blinding white, immense, culminates with the Cathedral (600 metres from the apartment) which imperiously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a clear and crystalline sea. Characteristic are its alleyways, Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away) and the column of S. Oronzo which majestically protects the town.

Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and food and wine culture, Cisternino, a village recognised amongst the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Archaeological Park of Egnazia, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with evocative historic centres and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the Orient, whilst heading south we encounter first the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi before reaching Lecce, capital of the Baroque. Moving towards the west there is Taranto, heart of Magna Graecia and finally Matera, characteristic for its sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.



The nearest airports are Brindisi (60 minutes) and Bari (60 minutes).
