"We found the location perfect for what we needed for our one night saty while visiting family in Huia for the night. The description did include a futon couch/bed which was not in the room, so that was unfortuante. All in all a good stop for the night."

"Such an excellent place to spend a night away. It had everything we needed and despite only being a quick drive to the city, it felt like a different world. We loved lighting the fireplace and it also meant the house stayed cosy all night and into the following morning. The place was clean, comfortable and we loved the extra attention to details. Meeting the animals was an added bonus! Vaughan was a great host, excellent communication and friendly. Thanks for a great stay!"

"The view! You cant beat looking at that view.
We stayed in the 2brm chalet. As soon as you walk in you see that view and from both bedrooms.
The deck is great but very windy on our stay.
The beds were comfy and shower was amazing. Great pressure.
Full kitchen and laundry.
Very happy with our stay.
They do room service which was great.
The food was ok but I'm sure would be better in person.
Thanks for having us. We will stay again"

"What a beautiful spot! We spent the night here for our anniversary and it was just magical. Looking out onto rolling hills and the bath on the balcony made romantic by the extra little touches of pretty lights candles and bubble bath provided by Vaughan. He also let us feed the baby calves and then we went down to the 2 cows to feed them. Prince the horse was out in the paddock so we didn’t get to say hello but Vaughan made our stay very welcoming.
