Week stay

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean and ready for us as soon as we arrived. This worked perfect for my family. My son had his own room with a TV and my Wife and I were able to have privacy with our own bedroom. Two bathrooms made it easy.

Perfect family holiday

This property had everything we needed and was the perfect proximity to the community centre and pool! Our kids loved the activites at the club house and the splash pad at the pool. We would definitely recommend this property as a fun and economical place to stay. We hope to come back again one day!

Good Location but horrible beds.

This is a great property and the location is ideal for so many activities from Disney, OWC, Fun Spot etc. All employees were very friendly and helpful. The only reason I have this overall 3 stars and would not stay in this unit again unless they did something about the King size bed. The bed has to be the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and that goes equally for the pillows. I did not sleep well the whole time we were there.

Great for family or adults!!

Pool, arcade, and grounds were fabulous! You could make a vacation just staying here. The condo was great. Had everything we needed and perfectly described. Cleanliness was great. Check in was the only tricky part so read your instructions carefully.

Never Ever Again

The Majority of staff that work on this property are rude and impolite. My sister arrived the day after me and she was not allowed to use the pool ! I was scolded by a elderly women who yelled at me "no guests are allowed there at pool, no guests! I in fact booked this trip for two people! The woman in welcome center that assisted me the day before was smiling and polite, very friendly. I let her know the other guest would be arriving next day and she said it was not a problem. Lets talk about property staff at the front gate. A young black women who decided to treat me like I was in her military squadron. Rudely stern and would not offer the help I needed. She instead told me to pull around to other side of gate and figure it out. I had family staying on this same property so I called them for the help I needed. Family came down to the front gate found me and tried to talk to same security officer female and she was just point blank rude no help what so ever all she snapped at us was you wont get internet at the gate. We were trying to bring up my email with reservation info The pool was over crowded was not a good experience. I want to make it clear that the vacation company I booked through were professional, polite and most of all helpful. They helped with every question I had and even texted me clear directions of what I needed.

Great Disney Vacation

Location, location, location! Wow, the property is located just a few minutes outside Disney which is really cool. It took us about 10-15 minutes between the moment we got in our car to the moment we were parked at Disney World. We were 3 (2 adults and 1 kid), the property is really cool and clean. There is enough space for a family of 4 without any problem. The unit is located on the 4th floor of a 4 story building so nobody is walking on top of us at night which is great. The only negative comment I would have would be the water pressure which is really weak in both showers. Pretty sure it has nothing to do with the unit itself but it still an issue. Other than that, everything was great. Oh, and the pool is really fun. It big, large, with a separate kid section with 2 waterslides and a smaller water park for younger kids. My daughter really enjoyed it. I also had the opportunity the exchange a few communications with the agency that manages this property and it was really great. I got answered really fast every time (we extended our stay twice). I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again for our next Disney vacation. Thanks

Wonderful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! It was close to Disney and Universal, very simple check in process and the condo was exactly as described. The property manager, Daniel, was very responsive and answered all the questions I had! Check this place out if you are looking for a great trip to the Orlando area!

Quick stay to visit disney

My family and I had a great experience at Windsor Hills. We chose this property based on location and positive reviews and were very happy we did. The pool was very nice and more than we were expecting. It had to close for a bit due to a chlorine imbalance but that could happen anywhere. Beds were clean and comfy and there were ample linens for our third child to sleep on. 15 minute drive to Magic Kingdom - can’t beat that!

Worked well for Disney

Wish we could have enjoyed the Pool/Amenities more but the weather got really cold for Christmas. Aside from the weather this was the perfect place! All around recommend for anyone!

Last minute check in

I had a member of my party who had a medical emergency which cause my vacation to be extended. I was able to get into the property the very next day after I contacted them and because I did not know how long I was going to stay when I contacted management to see if I could possibly extend my stay a few days she was very helpful and gave me the flexibility to extend my stay by about 3 days.

Great condo!

Condo was awesome. Easy access to everything we needed including all the Disney parks. Had everything we needed and since communication was good we knew what we needed to bring. Also were great to work with with having to modify our date due to the hurricane. Would definitely stay again.

Spring Break 2022

The resort amenities were great. And the unit was conveniently located very close to the pool and clubhouse. But the unit was not clean and there were no beach towels, soap, and only 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towel for a 6 days stay. We had to go out and buy our own.

Property review

Owners showed hospitality from the moment I opened the doors. I enjoyed my stay and do plan to return. The only issue I had was working the televisions. The cables weren’t connected and I couldn’t get the sound in the living room and kid’s room. The gaming system needs to be updated as well. Also new ice trays are needed & I couldn’t sleep comfortably with the recommended A/C settings of 75-74 degrees. Overall great experience!

Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay and mostly stayed in the condo most days until around dinner. It was really relaxing. Very close to parks, grocery store, pool, and restaurants. 1st two days we had issues with the A/C and wifi/cable. It was quickly resolved! Once a/c was fixed the condo felt wonderful and cable/wifi was great and lots of channels! I do agree with some reviews about cleanliness. There was some furniture that definitely needed to be dusted and even the base boards seem to have been missed for weeks when cleaning. I think the pillows on the couch could be replaced bc they were discolored and need more dish towels in the kitchen. There were only two. The shower curtain could be replaced in the second bathroom. The mattress in the master bedroom was a tad hard, but that’s all preference. My husband didn’t have any issues with it. They were nice enough to have a toy box in the Mickey bedroom and it had coins in it and small items. I sat them aside bc my daughter is two and could swallow them. So beware of that. Also, LOVED the fact they had night lights placed around the condo. I brought my own bc most places don’t provide that. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay again and recommend this place to family/friends!
