Tried to get a hold of VRBO contact many times by email as well called numerous times leaving messages! Nowhere in any of my emails did it give me the owners contact email or number. The pool could have been warmer. We also killed 4 huge bugs that came out from under the fridge and dishwasher. Looked to be cockroaches as they had a massive hard shell. Not sure. About 1.5 to 2 inches in length. Rest of the house was good.

Girls' birthday bash at Orlando parks

This was a great place to stay! The decorations were fun and helped set the mood of the trip. The splash pool was warm and fun. Having swim towels there was a pleasant convenience.

Close to everything. Great visit

Celebrating my son’s40th birthday. Papa, son and grandson for a week. Place was easy access to the things we wanted to see. Short trip from airport. House was clean, spacious and comfy. The beds and private baths from each. Private pool was a nice quiet way to the day. Pool, slide and water feature kept the 7 year old busy. Nice place

Whimsical Wonderland was Wonderful

The townhouse is in a great location. Very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We were a little disappointed that the pool furniture was different from the online pictures. The floating lounge chairs were not there, and they are always so comfortable. Instead there were were 2 Adirondack plastic chairs, and a metal chair that was rickety. We did not use the metal chair. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely rent it again, if available for the dates we want. Thank you to our host!

Busy but good

The townhouse was spacious enough for the 6 of us and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the arcade, pool table, gym, basketball court, and pool. The pool and hot tub were always quite busy. It was conveniently located near a Walmart for groceries and 20-30 minutes away from many tourist sights. There some small appliances that weren’t working and the manager had them replaced for us quite quickly.

Good star

We had a good stay. Had a bug issue that when I reached out was resolved in about 1 day. ( still had the issue but it’s Florida) . Beds were not very comfortable, however, the place was clean and overall comfortable. We were close to the pool and could walk. I will stay in this area again for sure !

Great place, greay location

One problem with this town house is that the front door locks automatically, which makes it a pain to go to the vehicle and bring in groceries or anything when your hands are full. You always have to key in the code. The patio door has a alarm which goes off if you leave the patio door open for 5 seconds. I get security should be top notch but these two issues were just a pain. Other then that the place was very clean and as advertised.

Not worth the cost

The place is old and needs a lot of work. There were wall scratches and broken tile floors and light switches that didn't work (kids closet) and blubs that were burnt out. Some of the dining room chair cushions are loose. The toilet in the master keeps running nonstop unless you lift the lever handle all the way up manually after you flush. The dishwasher bottom rack is missing a wheel. The screen around the back patio has holes in it. Two bricks by the pool steps were completely loose and I almost fell in and I had to be very careful when my daughter went in and out that she didn't slip and fall into the pool or worse crack her head on the pavement. The beds are really uncomfortable. The highchair they said they had was a booster seat, not a full highchair. They don't notify you until after you book a non refundable ticket that they don't have laundry detergent or hand soap or body wash/shampoo. And only 1 toilet paper per bathroom and no paper towels. For the cost per night I was expecting it to be nice. The above issues put this place in a much lower price range. I would expect these things from a 2 or 3 star hotel, but not a nice vrbo that is the same price as 4 star hotels in the area.

Great getaway

Property was just as described, perfect and convenient location. Check in/out process was super easy. Tough to get a chair at the pool, but that was our own fault for going so late. If you're spending the day at the pool, go early. Fit our family of 4 comfortably with room to spare. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this townhouse again.

Clean and close to Disney

House was clean and well stocked. We were a short 5-10 minute drive to each Disney park. The pool was awesome but I do recommend having it heated during the winter. Having a warm pool was my saving grace after long days at parks.

It’s ok

this apartment is nice it was very clean. It could use updating the dining room table and living room needs updating. None of the remotes worked down stairs, towels closet smelled light mildew. the master bedroom bed noisy . Others beds were great.. bring your own everything Definitely not worth what I paid. I’m in Orlando all the time so I’ve stayed at a few but if you want ok then this is it .!area great very quite the Walmart OVERLOAD TRAFFIC… magic question would I stay again … no but that’s me. It was decent

Wonderful stay at perfect location.

We had a wonderful experience. The house was very clean and had the basic necessities. The location of the house was perfect. Grocery shopping was right down the road and the local parks were a couple of miles away. The amenities at the resort were very nice allowing us to enjoy swimming without ever leaving. I would love stay here again.

Close to Disney

This was a nice condo and super close to Disney. The place was clean. My biggest complaint is the beds. Every single bed except the single bed in the upstairs room was awful. They all creaked so loud it woke us up if we moved in the middle of the night and they were all rock hard. The beds were so bad that staying there made me want to come home early. By day 4, I was almost in tears from the pains in my neck and back and the rest of my family was all cranky because they slept so poorly. Overall, it was a nice condo and we LOVE Windsor Hills. We will definitely return to Windsor Hills.
