Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were some negatives so I will try to be detailed. We stayed here for 10 days with myself, my husband, our two children (a four year old and a 2 month old), and my parents (both in their 70’s).The positives:- the price is great for what you get- the location is amazing- the resort pool, splash pad and arcade were great for our little ones.The negatives: - the biggest negative for me was the alarm on the back door. Every time you go out or in the patio door, there is a little button on the wall you have to press or a very loud, very obnoxious alarm goes off until you press it. And once the door is open, you have 15 seconds to close the door. There is also a loud ring alarm chime for the front door that was constantly going off. - the dishwasher leaked quite a lot of water when we tried to use it and the bottom shelf is broken and it was very loud when running- there was mold on the patio, it needs to be power-washed and I found an old cigarette butt on the patio the first day we were there- the pool had a ton of bugs, I think the water level was too low for the filter to work- there were ants coming in the patio door- there were not enough regular towels and no pool towels available to use- the kitchen table and breakfast bar seating are not child friendly- mostly clean but they missed the windowsills (see picture)- they need better curtains that actually fit the windows to block out the morning and afternoon light

Excellent Stay For Family

Overall, it was a great stay. We had some issues at the beginning but Daniel took care of it. Something out of his control.A detailed review…..For a family, it was great. The outdoor pool could use some cleaning. It was dirty. And the outside of the pool could use some cleaning.There are plenty of extra bedding and towels. There are no kid friendly cups. There are a few kid plates and a few kid friendly silverware. There are no bowls, just glass plates and cups.As stated, there is no extra toilet paper or napkins. No salt and pepper.It could have been us, but the upstairs master bedroom tv would not work. The boys loved the Mickey Mouse room.There are 2 strollers, and beach/pool bag stroller you can use. An electric kettle. There is a high chair and a pack n play.The resort itself was AWESOME! We didn’t even use all the amenities of it, but we loved it and will be back. It’s also quiet.

Great spot to stay!

Easy to find and accommodating. Some dish wear not included (pizza pan or pizza cutter) Hose in pool and leaking - not sure if it was supposed to be on all the time - believe there was a timer. Need a new pool cleaner net. Spacious and great that there is 3 bathrooms. .

Cute Home!!

We love that everyone had their own bathroom and tv, along with private mini pool. Only thing is that when cooking there wasnt much ventilation so it got smoky. Also, could use at lest one full length mirror in the place. Other than that, we loved the location and setup of the townhouse.

Great stay!

Even with the weather being colder than we would have liked. We definitely enjoyed the stay! Everyone had their own bathroom, comfy beds and clean house. The microwave didn’t work but the owner responded quickly and had a new one brought over the same day. My ONLY “complaint” per se is that the tub in the master bath is a nice soaking tub but only the shower works. My suggestion would be beach towels in the house, only because people who fly in may appreciate having that extra space in luggage for other items :) all in all it was a great week in a great resort. The community pool was amazing and it was nice to have all the amenities on site!

Wonderful!

It was our family’s first time going to Walt Disney world and we loved our days staying back at the condo too! Perfect location, nice and close to the parks. Comfortable beds too! Quick and easy communication with the owner. We will be back!

Great stay

We had a great stay, house was clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect, close to groceries, gas, disneyworld and a short drive away to orlando for other attractions. Loved that the kids had their own rooms and the nice themed decor. Having private pool along with a waterpark was a bonus that t he kids loved. We would definately book again and probably for a longer stay.

We had a great stay in the townhouse! It is well stocked, and very spacious! We do feel that the pool area needs a bit of refreshing, but we spent most of our time at the resort pool which was wonderful!

Quiet and Comfort

We really enjoyed our stay. We were hardly ever there the first few days due to my daughter's volleyball tournament we were in town for, after that was over, we were home bodies and rested for a couple days before heading off to the theme parks. The bedrooms were clean, each bedroom having their own full bathrooms was a stupendous convenience! The townhome was very well equipped and quaint! The whole resort community was beautiful and clean, the esthetics were cute and neat. There were not very many downsides that were in my opinion worthy of a bad review, only a few things that might need some work. -The living room and master bedroom feeling a bit outdated and in need of perhaps bedding and furniture upgrades. -A water leak coming from underneath the fridge's freezer and spread throughout the kitchen floor, daily. - A small tiny ant problem coming in through the kitchen's floor board borders. -The splash pool was nice but got dirty rather quickly and more so nice for relaxing. The community pool was great tho! -The TV remotes were not very user friendly, very complicated to figure out especially the master bedroom and mickey kid bedroom. I hated bothering management to help us fix them. Other than that it was a very relaxing stay, beds were comfortable, always a good night sleep, community was quiet and the staff and people about the resort were very polite, nice, and very pleasant! Overall, we really did enjoy our stay, thank you for making it a memorable vacation!

Close to WDW

Location is terrific if you're going to WDW. Each park was 10-15 minute drive in the morning. Necessities provided as listed in the property description. There were mouldings missing on some of the floors where it looks like the property manager is in the process of renewing laminate flooring. The only other thing was the ladder to the bunk bed is loose & screwed into the top bunk preventing the trundle bed under the bottom bunk to be used. Overall, none of these things prevented my family from having an overall great stay. Playgrounds, water park, and pool (at condo & community pool) were clean and well maintained.

We love Windsor Hills

This place was perfect for our Disney trip! Communication was spot on. Place could use an upgrade on the kitchen appliances. They are older and although they are clean and they work, the microwave and dishwasher were very loud! Beds and couches were comfortable. Lots of extra towels available. The Disney theme in the house was very cute. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your house!

Warmth and sunshine

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The property itself is not far from the entrance which is convenient if you plan on enjoying some time at the windsor hill pool/gym/arcade/theater. We went to the main pool twice. The first time was later in the day. The second time was earlier in the morning and it was as packed. Our family of 5 shared 1 lounge chair which we managed to get after being there for 20minutes. We went around spring break so not sure how it is throughout the year. Next to the pool is the arcade, gym, movie theater and little convenience store/grill. As for the rental I feel like it met our needs for this stay. I do feel there were small little things that could have been done to improve the property but nothing major. I read a prior review that mentioned wires hanging and seeming to be a hazard. I did notice this in the living room but it was not a problem during our stay. If you have a toddler, I can imagine this would be concerning. The kitchen was clean. The oven was replaced during our stay. The microwave is a bit loud sounding but worked fine. One review mentioned the inconvenience of the door beeping every time you go outside. It only beeps if you forget to press the button next to the door. Safety feature because of the pool. There is a sign that explains how to do it, but it did take us a minute to figure out how to get the back door open so our first time outside we did make it beep. I opted to have the pool heater which I don’t regret.

Extremely disappointed

First off, I’m not one to leave reviews, whether good or bad. Secondly, I’m not some high-class snob that expected some over the top 5 star resort. The good: The property itself is very nice and well maintained. The pool area was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Besides the traffic, the location was great. The BAD: The place is a downright dump. Paint scuffs and chipping throughout…I mean EVERYWHERE. Basic essentials in the kitchen would be nice, such as a wash rag and dish towel. Instead you have to go on a scavenger hunt to find a hidden closet in the upstairs bedroom with towels. There were many cracked, loose, hanging, and completely missing outlet/switch covers. In fact, the outlet 6 inches from the master shower has no cover on it, not to mention it’s not even a GFCI rated plug. The back patio was a mess, with a long garden hose just thrown in the corner, old and dirty outdoor furniture stacked on top of each other, and a disgusting grill with a propane tank laying on its side. My physically disabled son wanted to sleep in the pullout mattress under the upstairs bunk bed until he noticed what seemed to be the GIANT urine stain. The kitchen appliances could use some upgrading. The microwave sounds like it’s going to blow up when on, and the bottom rack of the dishwasher only pulls out once you get past a crater the size of the Grand Canyon. Oh I could go on… Be warned…we’ve paid a lot less to stay in places MUCH nicer than this.

The price is good, pool was nice, quiet neighborhood, friendly staff,very short drive to disney . Only issues is the cleanliness. The room looked clean enough but the couches were full of old crumbs and food items and we killed three roaches throughout the four day stay.

Not pleased for the amount of $ spent to rent this house. Everything in the kitchen was falling apart, cabinets falling apart peeling, the shower heads were all very dirty, the shower rod in upstairs bathroom was completely rusty leaving rust marks on anything u out to dry over the shower. The upstairs king bed is so squeaky. Overall cleanliness of the house could of been way better.

All things experienced, would not recommend staying at this unit or with these owners...

Please read: GOOD, BAD, and UGLY. GOOD. Conveniently located. Plenty of parking, plenty of room 4 adults, 3 kids (ages 4-8). Cutely decorated. Little pool in back was perfect. Community pool was EXACTLY what we were after. For all of these reasons, we chose this rental. BAD. Like other reviews, unit needs TLC. Paint peeling off cabinets, wires hanging out of walls, so much more. Bed in master is SO LOUD! Grill locked up, but regardless, propane tank was empty had to borrow neighbor's. Unit had necessities, but everything was little bit rickety. Couple things not aware of at time of booking, which would swayed our decision. First was alarm on sliding door leading out to pool. Every time you go in and out of pool area you have to press a button or an extremely loud alarm would sound. If door is left open for longer than 15 seconds, alarm goes off. While I appreciate safety of kids, pool also had a screen fence around it. If you are adults, and/or have kids that can swim would not recommend this unit. No option to opt out or sign a waiver. We would not have booked if we had known about this. Second, unit stocked with bare minimum. I've stayed in units like this before, and know there are some supplies needed, but would always be supplied with a certain amount of items based on our length of stay. If you are flying in be ready to stop for basic supplies. UGLY. On first night, arrived after 6pm. Noticed unit not cooling. Thermostat read 80 degrees, but AC was set at 69. AC was broken (which also happened to another renter prior). Immediately notified mgmt company and owner. Arrived home late 2nd night, after day at parks, STILL no AC. If you have stayed in FL before, you know how crucial AC is, no matter time of year. Heat would make anyone irate, and we were. AND could not open sliding door. This continued until 4th night. Lack of customer service from owner was astonishing...so much owner could have done to help (including help find another unit in same complex, more fans, compensation for inconvenience). Owner simply told us because we "chose" to stay there would be NO compensation. What we chose to do, was not ruin our vacation. Only there three full days, did not want to use one of those days finding new place, packing up, and moving. So yes, we "chose" to stay. Didn't make sense to leave after third night. A little customer service would have gone a LONG way. We understand these things happen, but how it was handled, NOT recommend staying here.
