Nice property and great location

This is our 4th time to stay at the Windsor Hills Resort. You cannot beat the location with easy access to all the Disney parks, restaurants and nearby shopping. This unit was clean, nicely furnished with comfortable beds/bedding. Washer/dryer worked well and was in good condition. We had a little hiccup with the smart thermostat but the staff was super responsive and came right over to resolve the issue. No issues booking or accessing the unit. It is on the 4th floor but the elevator is right next to the unit, which was great. Would stay here again.

Even better than the pictures!

I was thrilled when we arrived to find a very tastefully decorated, extremely clean, and very comfortable condo. I truly appreciate that the kitchen had good pots, pans, storage containers, knives sharp enough to cut the cheese, those things are important to a mom like me that travels to Florida to visit my daughter. She's pregnant and having my very first grandbaby in 3 weeks. I truly hope that I'll be able to rent from this owner in the near future again. Two bedrooms are King suites with walk-in closets, large bathroom, and flat screen TV. Another bedroom has two twin beds. There are plenty of pool towels, as well as pool toys (floats, noodles), and boardgames for people of all ages. We played Apples to Apples! We didn't get a chance to check out the pool. I'm from TN, it's just weird to get in a pool in January. Raincheck!! I'll take a dip next time. Seriously, 405 was a WONDERFUL home away from home. We felt very secure, and loved the ease of entering the building.

Would Not Recommend This Unit!

When we arrived 3 of the 4 TVs didn't work. Guest bath shower head was broken and water sprayed everywhere, mostly outside the tub/shower. It's obvious from walls and baseboards around tub that this is not a new problem. Three out of four stove burners were bent/ not level and impossible to cook on. The frying pans are ancient, warped, filthy and need to be thrown away. The refrigerator is the cheapest model with no ice maker or filtered water. (We should have noticed that in the photos though). They had ice cube trays, but they were empty. Tap water was undrinkable. We had to buy ice and bottled water. The bath towels are lowest quality and very thin and rough. Strings of dust hanging from ceiling by laundry room. Living room furniture very poor quality/ you sink down toward the floor. Owner has Smart thermostat that doesn't allow you to change temperature for more than a few hours. Property manager Daniel Robinson never returned any of my calls. His assistant Anna was responsive though. She did get TVs fixed and offered to have handyman check guest shower head.

Good location but outdated

The location of the property was good, close to walmart and other shopping locations. The place was clean except we found someones outfit in one of the bedrooms. Most of the appliances were outdated but functional. Very busy around the area, lots of traffic. Only one pool(not enough for the amount of condos on the property)that was super crowded. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Orlando Trip

The property and the entire Windsor Hills development was simply great for our family with a 10 and 5 year old. We enjoyed the property amenities and especially the pool area. Very close and extremely easy access to the Disney properties. We enjoy our stay and the kids each really enjoyed their own bedroom. We will definitely be staying here again the future!

All you need for a great stay in Windsor Hills

We have stayed in villas, a townhouse and this condo in Windsor Hills and it was just as good as an independent villa or townhouse. Having everything on one level is really handy and the apartment had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. There was everything and more that you could possibly need and it was really nicely decorated. We would happily stay here again or at any of the accommodations they have after this wonderful experience.

Clean, Comfy & Close to Epcot!

We were exhausted from our full day at Epcot Flower & Garden Fest- Our overnight stay worked out great. 405 was clean, plenty of towels for 6 and quiet. Ana was super helpful guiding us to the front gate too. Although we were all adults, the couple that stayed in the Mickey kids room with 2 twin beds loved it!

Very comfortable!

Very convenient to eating places and to Disney. Resort personnel were very helpful with locating the condo late at night. Will definitely consider staying here again versus staying at a hotel.

Fantastic ! Cannot say enough good things about this condo .

From the beginning, communication with the owners regarding our stay was very pleasant and answered all questions. We stayed 4 days and loved it so much we asked if we could stay one more day. And received a reply same day. The owners were so accommodating. The condo was clean and inviting. The owners provide everything you could possibly need to make your stay a pleasant one. We will definitely stay at this condo on our future trips and have recommended it to friends and family.

Clean, Roomy and Quiet

Condo was very clean, roomy & quiet. Close to Disney. Walmart across the street from entrance. Two king bedroom and one with two twins. Very much enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the heated pool in January.
