My recent stay at this property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, it was immediately evident that the home was not well-maintained. The walls and stair railings were visibly dirty, to the point that one felt uncomfortable touching them when using the stairs. The carpeting throughout the house was heavily stained and appeared unclean — certainly not something one would feel comfortable walking on barefoot.Several amenities were non-functional or incomplete. The air hockey table did not work, and many of the ceiling fans and lights required remote controls, yet at least half of these remotes were missing. One of the interior doors even had a hole in it, which was both unsightly and concerning.Communication with the management office was frustrating. I had to call multiple times just to reach someone, and when I did receive responses, the messages came across as automated or impersonal. When I reported the poor condition of the property, I was asked to take and send photos — an unreasonable request considering I was there on vacation and it should not be the guest’s responsibility to document issues that should have been identified during pre-arrival inspections.Additional concerns included stained pillowcases, rickety and unclean furniture, and dirty curtains in the living area.
