Cockroach infestation and poor property management
Unfortunately, we did NOT enjoy our stay and are waiting on a call from the property manager to address the many concerns mainly the infestation of roaches crawling on the walls, floors, and walls that has yet to be addressed. WE HAVE CALLED, TEXT, AND EMAILED FOR THREE DAYS TO ADDRESS OUR CONCERNS.
Again, this property is not to fit to be rented out until this home has been fumagated.
Pest control finally showed up and was unable to treat the home without us being relocated to another home because there were so many cockroaches and they would only spread more if he attempted to do so.
Due to the amount of roaches that were cralling from under the refrigerator my husband pulled the fridge only to see the massive amount of roaches that were crawling and breeding behind the fridge. This made me throw up. The filth and unalsanitary insects in this home is unacceptable.
WE were told by Alicia that she spoke with Lisa and we would be moved and noone has called to take care of that.
This is unacceptable. The pictures and videos are the proof that this doesn't property is unfit to be rented.
