La limpieza en general muy bien, excepto los baños, y la bañera pequeña de arriba esta un poco tapada el agua tardaba en irse, de resto todo lo demás perfecto, la casa muyyy bonita ,la piscina muy limpia . La zona muy segura pero un poco retirada de los parques. Disfrutamos mucho, la volvería a alquilar . Felicidades

This was by far one of our favorite trips to Florida. The house was perfect and the pool/hot tub was amazingly relaxing. We enjoyed hanging out by the pool all day watching the wildlife in the backyard. The sun on the lanai and shade offered by the covered patio area was perfection. The house was equipped with everything we needed and a few nice extras. We highly recommend this property and we will definitely be coming back.

The Home had supplies in an abundance which was great for us being that we flew in! Its location to Disney was great if you plan on going there. There were plenty of towels and face cloths and also towels for the pool. Getting in touch with the owner was great. He always responded right back. The house does need updating, but not to the point to where I would not stay there again. The pool and hot tub area were great Plenty of room. I would definitely stay at this house again.

We took a short vacation to Orlando and found this beautiful property. The house is located way to the back of the neighborhood and backs up to a pond. Behind the pond is a large natural area. We enjoyed the local alligator that hung out behind the property, but we also saw an otter, sandhill cranes, herons and more! The kitchen was well equipped and the property was clean. Easy check in and check out process. We will return!

I gave an overall rating of 4 of 5 stars only because we couldnt use the hot tub and the pool was to cold to swim in..there was an issue with the heat due to im assuming Milton that noone was aware of until we tried to use the heated pool and hot tub..the homeowner refunded us for that..other than that issue we absolutely loved the house..it is beautiful..had everything we needed and more..so much bigger than i thought from pics but still felt homey..and the walk in closets were a dream..even enjoyed sitting out by the pool watching all the critters that came to visit and the sunrise was gorgeous out there..plenty of space for 2 small families ..i would recommend this rental for all future guests..quick response from home owner and management..

Appreciated this home for our need - clean, spacious, and easy access to priority locations. Host/owner was responsive, accommodating, flexible, and helpful. The new vinyl wood-look floors and stairs are beautiful. Comfortable furniture. We are glad we were able to stay here. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

This house is just perfection for a big family needing plenty of space! The pool was amazing. We had everything we needed and beyond! The single only issue we had was on morning one, the fire alarm went off in the early morning and woke us all up. There were no issues at all, thank god! The fire department was notified through the home alarm system. They came out to make sure everything was ok and said everything was fine except that the smoke detectors are outdated and need to be replaced as they looked to be over 10+ years old and a faulty smoke detector might set it off again. I did let the homeowner know through the app. It didn’t happen again the rest of our week long stay. Other than that, everything was just truly easy and perfect. Thank you for having us!!!

House was clean and in a pretty good area close to stores and places to eat. I would have rated it a full 5 if the internet had been better and there was more comfortable seating in the room with the tv. We only had 6 of us and we couldn’t all sit in that room without someone having to sit in a kitchen chair. All of the tvs work off of the internet which was a little troublesome also. Especially when you start connecting your personal devices. All in all though we enjoyed our stay here.

Such a beautiful home! Very spacious, clean and relaxing atmosphere. The kiddos really liked everything the house provided games, pool etc. nothing like coming home after a long day out and just relaxing in that hot tub. I definitely give this home a 10+ ☺️

Lovely stay at this house for our first family vacation with our two young boys. The house was very clean and spacious. Our boys loved the pool, and loved seeing all the wildlife around the property. Would definitely stay at this house again in the future! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed from Xmas to New Year's eve. The property was in line with the description. We had a furnace problem on day 2, but it was resolved immediately. The place was very inviting and many updates throughout. About 25 minutes from Disney parks. The pool and hottub were great, and the appliances were in good shape. The view was awesome. Turkeys and wildlife passed by daily. I'd definitely stay again. Great job on the upkeep.

The stay was pleasant. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool. Everything was in working order. The issues are a bad first impression and some need for maintenance and some janitorial help. If i am able i will send photos. I took a picture of the broom we could use to sweep up a little. Send someone to the dollar store and get a real broom. Many of the blinds had missing slats, again a bad impression. Overall a need for a good cleaning. You need to get rid of the mold in some of the bathrooms. The yard was well maintained as well as the pool.

Great neighborhood, except for the next door neighbor who played latin music till 11 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. Speakers were outside in their pool area and music was loud enough to be heard inside our rental - made for very uncomfortable time in the pool/hot tub in the evening. Good communication with mgmt re pest control in upstairs bathrooms (found one live, one dead roach (expected in Florida) and some bugs we were not sure about but pest control came the next day). Cleaning crew needs to dust under the beds/couches to remove dust, trash, and dead bugs. Would suggest at least a couple more garbage bags, dishwashing tabs, maybe even a sponge, dish soap, and some hand soap at the kitchen sink.

I love this place from location to the house everything my in laws loved it for their first visit to Florida this was a special trip due to our son going in for a heart transplant but we will definitely be back soon as he is all done with his procedure this is my #1 vacation house. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely place.
