Great place to stay with young family and close to Disney parks

This place was very functional for our family and all amenities you need with young kids. The only improvements would be to provide a bit more consumables like soap, toilet paper, etc.

I loved it

This day was amazing. It would’ve been five stars, except for the detail that the master bathroom water was cold and took forever to heat up, and when it actually did, it only lasted for a bit. Other than that. Everything else was amazing.

Grandsons first Florida vacation

Lovely spacious space. Had easy check in with no issues. Information binder with all we needed to know. No need to reach out to property managers till last day when we realized we wanted an extension on our check out. Extension was granted…THANK YOU!

Great place to stay. General store/cafe was closed for construction but pool and slides were great. Condo was run by professionals and everything was communicated properly. Would definitely stay again. Fireworks were a great addition to the stay. Thanks for a great family vacation.

Quiet and right near Disney

It was absolutely wonderful. The community is great there's a heated pool, waterslides (not heated, brrr but fun), and a playground that we enjoyed. There were other amenities in the community like theatre, arcade, sports fields but we didn't really use them. The condo itself was great. The 2 kids beds were so comfortable. It was just me and my son. I actually slept in the kids room because the beds in there were just so soft. The master bedroom's bed was firm. The condo was very clean,very quiet, and has a great view of the fireworks. It's also super close to Disney and there's a Walmart extremely close for grocery shopping.

Perfect location, fantastic stay!

Nice, quaint condo with a beautiful view of the fireworks every night. Clean, tidy and comfortable with a splash of Disney decor. Absolutely beautiful water park & clubhouse at the Windsor Hills Resort. Great proximity to the WDW parks, Celebration, and all of the fun activities and stores up and down Irlo Bronson.

Amazing!

The property was everything we expected and more. Clean, comfortable, and the rooms were just what our family needed. The themes in the apartment were nice. The pool and waterslide were clean, refreshing and a great vibe. The shop, arcade and entertainment areas were all fun. The location to the parks was perfect. The communitiy was all welcoming during our stay. We loved it.

Unforgettable Memories Made

We had the most amazing stay at Windsor Hills. The Condo had everything we needed to help it be our home from home. It was very clean, lots of lovely little touches, great fireworks views and the communication with the owners/management company was absolutely amazing. Nothing was a problem and any questions answered very quickly. Can’t thank them enough. Location is brilliant, so close to Disney and lots of restaurants around about. Walmart on our doorstep too. Although we didn’t use the facilities on site, other family members did and they really enjoyed them. We will definitely be back and can’t recommend them highly enough. A huge thank you.

Standing poolside

Property so crowded that we were unable to get chairs or lounges almost every day. The condo was clean and well furnished . My only complaint is refrigerator needs to be fixed or replaced. The ice maker puts out about 6 ice cubes per day and free,er not freezing and food not cold in refrigerator. I did report this but had no response.

Very nice location and enjoyable

Family of 3 including 6 year old child. Pool was wonderful. Heated in February (double check for month you go. Some people mentioned pool not heated in Jan) lots of kids my sons age, water was excellent depth for his age. Water park not heated which was a shame. Was freezing and never really saw any kids using it. Fun activities for kids, you can rent basketballs, ping pong etc. close to parks, universal Walmart etc. great location Condo was great size for us 3. Queen bed was okay, had foam topper, children’s room was fun and my son enjoyed marvel theme. Condo close distance to pools which we loved didn’t realize how huge this property is! Condo had bare minimum for the kitchen. Minimal dish ware and chipped . frying pans were awful except one that I think previous guest left. Couldn't find any pots except a very worn soup pot. It was fine for our short stay but if longer stay I would have reached out to owner about it. Couches were comfortable, wifi was strong and every evening you can see the Disney fireworks directly off balcony. It is a great view and special treat for this condo in particular. Not many face this way. Also I will say the condo was very bright with lots of sunshine which I really enjoyed. Overall this was a great fit for my family.

Disney & Work Stay

We had a great time at the condo. We came in for work volunteering for a non-profit with our #EndersbysHeroes mission. We had to book this particular condo with Daniel because of the Marvel themed room. Our boys loved it and it was a great set of tone for our trip experience. Our boys were most excited to be able to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks off in the distance from the porch. The condo is located on the 4th floor. Access by elevators if you need that. We had most all we needed for our stay. We were not really in the condo much other than to sleep. We did not get to even see the clubhouse, however I have heard it’s a great spot for families. Please take note everything including paper towels and such, you need to purchase: think “hotel stay.” There is a Wal-Mart and Publix not far from the condos. Just go in knowing you will need to purchase household items. It was not a big deal for personally for us, as we anticipated this.

Home away from Home

After 10 nights in the condo, I would highly recommend this place. It was our home away from home. Pros - it was bigger than expected for 4 people, it has a fantastic location (from the Disney parks and stores (6 AM Walmart runs)), you get a clear view of the fireworks and Pandora, laundry facilities, 2 bathrooms were very helpful, responsive help, very clean and professional, good facilities for an off or half day at the park to entertain kids. The beds and place were very comfortable. We loved the superhero theme room and bathroom and the small touches to add the Disney feel. Cons - We thought the hot water was not working in the shower which turned out to be the hot and cold labelled opposite. If I had to be really really picky, could not get Canadian hockey. All of these are very very minor to the overall stay. We were very happy with this place and the team.

The property was a safe place to stay and wait for Ian to pass. Everything was fine except there was leftover trash and food left on the balcony from a previous occupant that the cleaning crew failed to clean up. Other than that we’ve stayed at Windsor Hills many times and enjoy the complex.

Nice room size. Could see at least two sets of fireworks.

Other than the food ant problem (which we called about and it was sprayed but still some roaming on counters--stove area). LACK of pots and pans--just two frying pans (hard to boil water in those). We bought a stock pot to cook spaghetti in and left for next renter. Overall it was a nice condo.
