Great Stay in a Convenient Location We really enjoyed our time at this vacation rental. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and the home was in a perfect spot, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit.The pool and hot tub were a fantastic bonus, providing a great way to relax after a busy day. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the host was helpful throughout our stay.Overall, this rental made our trip even better, and we’d gladly stay here again.

Great location. Needs some deep cleaning and painting. Pool was great. Patio door needs to be replaced or repaired. Overall really enjoyed our stay and rented again for next year.

This property served us well, it was clean, comfortable and well suited to getting to the parks. We did notice that the property could use some general maintenance.The sliding door to outside is extremely difficult to open. The master bath shower drains very poorly and you are standing in inches of water that takes forever to drain.The kitchen cabinets are hard to open.And the heating system / thermostat doesn’t work very well (it was a particularly cold week).With a little upkeep, this would be a five star.Also, in communication with the owners, they seem to think that there is a functioning alarm system and a spare key. Neither of these things actually exist. I did notify the property manager.

We had Disney travel plans during spring break but plans fell through. I booked this property as our 2nd attempt for Disney. Loved the location and the amenities. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Great way to cool down after long days at the park. I would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful south facing pool with lots of greenery in the backyard. Listened to the birds every morning and watched bunnies hopping around the yard. Pool area was the best feature. Overall the home needs a little upgrading but not unlike most rentals. However, very clean and a great place to stay. I would recommend!

This home is comfortable and in an excellent location. Pool was lovely, heated to just the right temp and kids loved it. We enjoyed games room and played many board games as well. This is a wonderful home for a family vacation.

Location and pool are the only positives I have for this place. I’ve been renting vacation houses around Disney for 20 years and this was, by far, the worst one I’ve ever stayed at. We were greeted by a giant waterbug upon arrival and a toilet that immediately leaked water all over the master bathroom floor. Hosts said they’d send someone to fix it, but it took several messages and a complaint about a dead roach in the kitchen cabinet for them to allegedly send an exterminator and someone to fix the toilet (which then continuously ran for the rest of the week.) The night before we left we saw another giant waterbug and the kitchen was crawling with ants. My daughter found a small dead frog in her bedroom and we also found a live frog and a live lizard in the house. The living room lamp was broken in half when we arrived too. The TVs and furniture are so outdated. The sinks are all rusted. The carpets are dirty. You can find something way nicer for the money and won’t have to share it with bugs.

The stay was great. We did have trouble with the front door lock.Punched in our code but would not open so had to use the key. When we put the key in the lock it just kept turning till we realized you had to push it in then turn the key. Hard to get key out after.

We had a great time while we stayed here. Lots of space and loved the pool and hot tub. Only down side was whatever cleaning company they use didn’t do the greatest at getting things clean. Noticed kitchen table had crumbs on it when we didn’t use it. Overall we had a great stay definitely will consider staying again!

Our stay was great! Great location and the home was comfortable. We have a few concerns that didn’t really interrupt our stay but didn’t meet our expectations from the listing. #1 was the TV in the kids room didn’t work. #2 the PlayStation didn’t have the wall plugs to use the device. #3 the sliding door to the pool was not working properly (hard to open) the handle broke on the second day and when maintenance came to fix it he told us the wheels on the door were needing to be replaced and that’s why it didn’t open well. The door continued to be a problem the entire stay! Overall we enjoyed our stay because we were so close to Disney and lots of other things but it would have been an excellent stay had all the above worked. Hopefully those things can be fixed.

All of the accommodations were great. The only complaints I would have is that you could not turn the a/c below 70 and a few of the rooms were stuffy at night, and that the pool table is so off balance that it made it unusable, so it's really not something to advertise as part of the house. I really did enjoy my stay and would stay again!

The house was great. Big enough for us and our adult children to get together for the holiday weekend. The pool and hot tub were amazing. It is close to 192 so traffic was crazy at times but that’s normal whenever kids are on vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our getaway. There were 3 couples total and the bedroom and bathroom layouts were perfect. We hit all the Disney parks, Universal, and hit some local dining hot spots. The hot tub came in handy after miles of walking thru the theme parks daily.

The property was nicely located and the pool and hot tub was great. The house needs some updating. All the sinks were rusted. Although the property said it was pet free, They’re obviously having animals in the house because when I sat on the couch my allergies kicked in.
