We waited in line at the security to check in. After a 15 min wait, the guard told us we weren’t on the list and needed to contact the prop mgr. The prop mgr informed me they were no longer managing the property effective this week. I contacted the new mgr and got us added. We had to get back in line and start overUpon arriving, we quickly learned the house amenities were a farce. The reason we chose this house was specifically the amenities. The game room features an old stained pool table with 1 functional stick and no chalk. Basically unusable. The cool gaming area featuring 2 TV’s, 3 gaming chairs, and a PS4 did not work. There is no way to connect a streaming device to the movie theater projector. Also no instructions for how to work anything. I figured out how to connect the projector to an already signed in Netflix account, but the surround sound speakers do not work. We had to use the speaker built into the projector. Audio was horrible and again - this was a big selling point when we booked this house. We reached out to the property manager on day 1 to report one bedroom had bloody sheets, half of the TV’s in the bedrooms were not functional, the huge TV in the living room doesn’t work unless you connect a laptop to it via an HDMI cord, the refrigerator in the kitchen is broken (shelves missing, ice maker doesn’t dispense), the pool was dirty. The next day, a non-English speaking lady showed up with toilet paper, towels, and new sheets.Made bed and left.
