BEWARE! They are advertising this house with a home theater and a PS4 game system and there is no functional home theater nor is there a game system! When I first checked in, I called and emailed to report that the home theater room was missing components and was not a functioning home theater, and I was told that a person would be here the next day "at 10am sharp" to set up the theater room. Nobody showed up until near the end of the day, but when he got here, he said he wasn't here to hook anything up, he was just here to see what needed to be done. He was visibly floored and apologized and said it didn't even look like the room was ever finished. I told him that I was told it would be set up that day, to which he apologized and said hopefully it would be done on the next day. So now it's day 3 of no functioning home theater, and I was told that the gentleman was out working on other houses, but that he would "definitely" be here by 5pm to set up the room. When nobody showed up by 4:45pm, I called and asked about an ETA, and it was only then that I was told that Jeeves (the property management company) was waiting for the owner to approve the ordering of components. So basically they had no intention of setting up the theater nor did they have any intention of delivering a PS4, they just gave me the runaround for the entirety of my 4-night stay. And now that I am asking for a refund, they are invoking Covid as an excuse to say that's why they haven't been able to get the missing components or set up the theater room, after leading me on for 4 days that they were "so sorry" and they would fix these issues. Do yourself a favor and rent another house from another company.
Also, they might try and respond to this and say they tried to fix these issues or some other nonsense, but I have the emails and I have pictures of the property. I also have pictures of the filthy walls, the broken pool table, broken chair, holes in the ceiling, etc. I've documented everything.
