Great property

This house was amazing. It was everything we were looking for and more! It was a group of 16 in Orlando for a family reunion and the accommodations were excellent. There was plenty of space and everyone had their own rest room. My family can't stop talking about it and wanting to go back.

Great for a retreat

The property was just how the photos displayed it. We enjoyed the commons areas of the kitchen and outdoor pool. We had a total of 15 women for our annual retreat. The rooms were spacious and accommodating. Yes some fans did not work causing a warmth during sleeping time. You could call and the resort would bring you a fan. The pool was a good temperature. The “bubble spa” was an interesting concept as it simple had jets and an intermittent heating system that sometimes worked and sometimes didnt. You received wristbands to attend the community waterpark which would be great for kids. It was centrally located to plenty parks, interstate travel and the airport. The biggest complaint is dealing with the property management company. The LACK of communication with final payment was very difficult as it should have been drafted on Mar 23 and didn’t draft until Apr 23 during our stay and they were attempting to call and reverify payment information that was already given via an emailed form and through the portal. If I were the owners that would frustrate me. But hey…. Our guests enjoyed the stay and thought the home overall was gorgeous.

Good location and property

Good location and property but a few things could have made it better. The dishwasher was no longer bolted to the countertop and would tip forward whenever loaded. The listing also listed a slightly different address (ct vs circle). Otherwise, it’s a great place and the backyard is spectacular.

Good but could be great

We just stayed at this property on Jack Nicklaus on Oct 27-30th 2022 - coming to Orlando for Disney and the Halloween festivities there. Our group consisted of 5 families 10 adults / 9 children (ages from 1-12) Pros: - Check in is easy and convenient - Great location - Safe neighborhood - Wonderful neighborhood amenities - Safe and secure - Layout is great - 2 king rooms downstairs, the rest upstairs - Beds are comfortable - Instacart delivers to the property Cons / Areas of Improvements - House does not feel clean - the surfaces etc are clean but overall needs a DEEP clean, tile is very dirty, corners of showers dirty etc - No daily housekeeping- I know this is not standard but we requested and OK’d the extra charge but it did not happen. A “refresh” happened on our second day but it was just to make beds and replace towels. No surfaces cleaned etc. - Wi-Fi is nonexistent - while the house has Wi-Fi it does not work at all, you may get one bar of service if you are lucky. If needing to do work of any kind during your stay you will need 5G or a hotspot - Fridge does not get cold so your food and drink will always be slightly warm - Hot water for showers in all rooms take about 7-10 minutes to get hot. A waste of water and a real inconvenience - Home comes with no trash bags / paper towels - make sure to get all of these before you arrive - Each room only has 2 bath towels, definitely need more - Home is decorated well but could use rugs and lamps in the bedroom - Pool was only heated one day — Overall the home is nice and comfortable enough. For the price, it’s a steal but it’s not the Four Seasons Thanks!

Fantastic and truly upscale property

We had a blast! Very Clean! A little slack on cookware, but adequate. The rental company was fantastic to work with. Best we've ever encountered and we do this every year.

Bears den Orlando

House was great. Tons of room, very clean and great for entertainment. Kitchen and pool area are spacious there is no need to ever go out to dinner. Only complaint was that the resort is fairly new so not all amenities were open - but you really didn’t need them anyway. Would recommend if you have a big group - especially if you have kids as the upstairs bunk bed rooms were great.
