Research location

Overall the house was incredible. The neighborhood was quiet run down and the neighbors was not happy about our stay. We decided to cut our stay short due to a conflict of interest. Who wants to stay somewhere that the neighbor is cussing at you letting you know you do not live there all bc we did not see a tiny dog in the driveway running around at dark (the driveway at the house we paid to say at). To say the least I will definitely research the area more prior to booking another location.

Pet friendly not so much

This house is beautiful, however it says pet friendly so we brought our dog. The first morning after arriving, we went to an event and received a text about excessive noise because our dog (Chihuahua), which was in the house was barking. This complaint came at 10 am and quiet time is between 10pm and 7am. This complaint caused some people in our party to not be able to attend the event on the next day. Also all remaining activities were canceled. Then connecting to the internet was an issue because we were texted the wrong information. There were NO wash rags, or liquid dish washing detergent, and only one roll of paper towel for a four day stay. The house has an occupancy of 10 with 3 glasses. The book says not to strip beds but check out says to strip beds. The book says to put all towels in the washing machine and start it, but there wasn't any detergent. The refrigerator has "filtered" water, but no filter. The outside trash bin was completely full, so we had to cram the trash into the bin. Our driveway was blocked multiple times by the neighbor across the street. There is a grill even though we were told there wasn't, and when asked about the grill we were informed that guests were not allowed to use it. Pinball machine is in Master bedroom closet broken. In the downstairs master bedroom, there is a smoke detector right above the bed that showers the occupants in a glowing green light, good luck sleeping.

Easy access and big house

The house was fine. It definitely needs a deep clean and maybe a refresh. The couch in the living room only seats 3 when it has 5 bedrooms. Needs way more seating in the living room. Otherwise, great place for a Disney and Universal vacation.

Need alot of attention

Upon arriving it is clear that there are zero HOA or noise ordinances as described in the home description. Very busy/loud/run down neighborhood. There was an issue getting into the home using the keypad and also locking the front door. If you are checking in on Sunday be advised you have to take the last peoples trash out or will be fined 75. Pool was filthy, many broken things in home, and home was dirty. Visable dirty footprints on tile in bathrooms, etc. so bad we literally loaded our car back up and left within 4 hours. It took days and multiple back and forth with the vacasa rental company to properly get our refund. This home needs a lot of attention and tlc to make it what it seems in pictures and description. Very sad our family had to cancel our whole weeks worth of Disney parks we had reserved.

Themed house with lots of space

The house was huge and we loved all the themed rooms. It was well kept and clean. There was plenty of space for 3 families. We didn’t want to leave for what we had planned. We wanted to stay and enjoy the house, pool, media room, and pool table. Numerous friends asked for the link.

Great Stay!!

Perfect home for two families coming together. We had plenty of space, tons to enjoy, pool was so nice, kitchen was perfect. Amazing location to Disney! Thank you x 100!

Not what I expected

Listed as 2 spots for parking, that was a complete nightmare & inaccurate. Screened in pool area has a decent size rip in the net along with a lot of bugs. The kitchen had little ants all over the counters, kitchen island and the floor. Theater room was pretty cool & the bedrooms/bathrooms were very nice.

A good stay.

Everything was great. My wife got cut on a busted microwave door handle but other than that my kids enjoyed the pool and the theater and it was way bigger than a family of four needed but the privacy was nice.

Nice property.

We stayed here for two weeks and it was mostly perfect. The whole property is very spacious and the pool is gorgeous. Things to note - there are no drawers or wardrobes in the third bedroom (the queen) so we had to unpack onto the unoccupied bunk beds in the adjacent room. Wouldn’t be too hard to rectify this. A kettle would have been nice! Other than that, really nice well furnished property, about 30 minutes from WDW and about 45 from Universal
