Almost perfect!

This place is great!! Near perfection- just a few minor things that can easily be corrected. 1- no hand towels, no bakeware for using the oven, no oven mitts or pot holders. I’d guess the items used to be there, and the absence of them was unnoticed because all the other basics were on hand. I say that because this place was fantastic overall. 2 - the patio furniture needs replaced. It’s rusted & breaking off in pieces. The only lounge chair is broken - rusted through. But we really enjoyed the amenities at the Oasis on the sunny days. Everything else — wonderful!!! The place is so nice and comfortable. We’d happily stay here again.

Beautiful home

Had a great stay at this home. There were 5 bed/4 baths. 2 rooms on the ground floor and 2 upstairs rooms with ensuite bthrms! I love the management company that supports these rentals. They were very attentive and responsive. I liked working with a company that has a dynamic team to support the rental property. Thank you!!!

Our stay was nice. I put down walkable becuase we where down the street from the community pool. Other then that you need to drive, it's about 8 mins to dinning and publix. The community pool was very nice but thire splash pad and water slide wasn't heated be warned 1 drink is almost $20. The private pool was nice and hot becuase it was nearly 30 degrees at night Saturday and Sunday. Besides one bathroom broken tile and a 100 day old fridge water filter it was Great.

Nice Property: but note: Bare Minimum Supplies

The property as well as the home itself was beautiful, very clean, modern, and comfortable. However, they are pretty cheap on the supplies side. ABSOLUTELY NONE. They could have at least started you off one some coffee filters, etc?? only 2 garbage bags?, Just a few ... Overall for the time we were there it was fine.

Frustrated with housekeeping

When we arrived there were towels, washcloths, etc. laying on bar stools and next to the front entrance door. We could not tell that we had clean towels. Housekeeping came and cleaned next morning and took towels and washcloths. We requested towels but only received beach towels and not washcloths or hand towels. We called again and by 3rd day had washcloths. Frustrated giving warning in rental materials about towel and dish count and charge if they do not find those when done. TV in living room not working. Coffee Maker not working. Location was ok and the house was roomy.

1236 Challenge Drive

First upon check in they had me check in to a different property address. I was lied to about the dryer and the television being broken already prior to my stay. The dryer and television had been reported broken 2 months prior and the owner didn’t replace or fix the items. Finally I was promised a credit but was never given a credit upon exiting the property.

Not terrible but not perfect

It was something nice to stay at. All ways had problems coming in the gates the orange paper never seem to work the front was messed up but did appreciate that someone came out. Yet we were never there to have him fix it but it was also never consider a big problem.

Clean but issues with the management company

When we checked in there were a few issues with the property. The management company was very difficult to get in touch with. I called many times and every time I was promised a call back. It took 2 days to get a return call.

Everything as pictured

We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful and accommodated my family of 4, my in-laws, and mother perfectly. The pool was so warm everyone got to enjoy it. Other than a few noisy neighbors (which is expected due to spring break) everything was perfect! Would 100% stay again and recommend!

Much needed vacation

We were super happy when we stepped through the front door. Very fresh, clean and bright. Enjoyed the week in the community. Only negatives were the construction going on directly in the back yard ( would have been nice to let us know this was going on beforehand) and the communication being very limited with the management co. We had asked for some help with setting up the tv system and no one arrived or called us. Also, we contacted them 4 times to let them know about a friend who would be arriving from the area and May spend a night or two. Finally by the 4th time, they added our friend to the entrance gate list. And No hand towels are included in any bathrooms, so that was kinda odd. All in all, this place was Very nice. If we are willing to put up with the insane traffic to go anywhere outside of this community, we will be back.

So close to perfect.

I really want to give this space 5 stars. The living space was as advertised, but the property was still under construction and using the amenities was confusing. The construction created little annoyances and some confusion. It was loud. There was trash everywhere. It took us 3 Gates at different locations to find the one playground area that is shared by (I'm guessing) hundreds of houses. As I said, annoyances. I could handle it, some of the people in my group not as easy going. Oh! And some GPS travel guidance apps didn't know the property. Most of these things will update and be fine! One of the front upstairs master bedrooms kept blowing a fuse. We made them aware so I'm sure they've fixed it by now, but for our 10 days, it was annoying as the fuse box was downstairs. I absolutely want to point out that if you need bedrooms, this house is amazing! We celebrated Christmas with a unique group: me and my husband, my mom and dad, my grandma, my sister and her husband and their 2 year old son, as well as my brother-in-law's brother and his wife and their 2 year old daughter. So much fun! Everybody had their privacy. If you are a large group this space works. There is a brand new Publix around the block and if you want easy meals, go check out their deli! We ordered food from several places and enjoyed lots of close family time. We also went to Disney Springs for a day and enjoyed the sites. We had the pool heated and it was worth it! Everybody got in but great-grandma! AND THEY ALLOW DOGS! IF YOU HAVE A DOG, RENT THIS HOUSE. I HUNTED FOREVER FOR A GOOD HOUSE DOG! In the end, we didn't end up needing a house for a dog, but this spot would have worked. Rent the house.
