House was beautiful and clean. Looks just like the photos. Had issues at the gate and with getting names on the list. People at the gate were difficult to work with. Our parents who are in their 80’s drove from CT to Florida and were unable to join us because we couldn’t seem to get their name on the list. They ended up leaving after driving for 2 days. We ordered a Christmas tree and it came a day after we checked in, so we opted to not have them set it up as we had already exchanged gifts. The last morning we were there we had an appliance company come in to change out the stove during breakfast ( without letting us know) I feel that there was a lot of mic communication.
