At first glance this property is nice, but the listing is misleading and the home has not been well cared for. It's really a shame that VRBO is allowing property managers to remove less than stellar reviews that are actually accurate. This is my second try submitting a review on this property. The hot tub is cold unless you pay an extra (high) fee per day after booking. The property is dirty, uncared for, and has broken furniture and light fixtures that flicker all day long. I have photos and videos of this. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. All around is was an uncomfortable stay and not worth the value of what we paid. Very dissappointing.

This home was a perfect fit for our family. Spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully set up for both kids and adults. The themed rooms, game areas and pool made downtime just as fun as park days, and the community amenities were an added bonus. Everything matched the listing, communication was easy, and the stay felt effortless from start to finish. We’re already talking about coming back.

Please let me add the positive and areas needed for improvement on this property. Positives were the space and number of rooms for guests, game room was awesome and property manager Avant Stay did an excellent job and highly responsive to our inquiries. Pricing of property was good based upon size of home and amenities. Grilling area and pool were nice.The areas needed for improvement are the AC in the home especially upstairs was not adequate and temperatures floated between 73-78 depending on time of day. AC repair person came out first day to look at but still did not cool very well upstairs due to overall unit size to floor size. Also need better fans on the porches as it gets hot out there with no wind circulation. Also policy around cars for 5 car max is a little tough sometimes especially with a 22 person home and people coming in from different areas. Did not find this out till the week before check in on this new policy .Getting into community is a little cumbersome sometimes due to lines and the number of vehicles trying to get into the communities especially on check days. Pool area in the front of community was a nice place to hang out. However I would rate the overall experience a 7.0 out of 10. Thanks

Amazing vacation

Me and my family love this home!! Everything in the house was just like it was described. We loved the neighborhood and the clubhouse. We had so much to do! My family is already asking about booking the house for our next trip!!

Loved: the bench at dining room table, that the house has pool towels, the game room downstairs was awesome, love that they figured out our parking situation, loved the new washer, 10 bedrooms! Eight full bathrooms! Loved the upstairs wet bar area. Disliked: dining room chairs not sturdy, air conditioner was locked upstairs, and downstairs. We wanted to move it to 72, but he said they were aware of the problem, but didn’t know how to unlock it, the showers took a long time to heat up, movie theater was in an open area. Usually they are in a closed room. Suggestion you should at least fully enclosed the wall behind the movie chairs, need to fully utilize the large open area at the landing upstairs we felt that space was wasted. Suggestions: fresh coat of paint needed on the inside, new living room and dining room furniture, replace outdoor ceiling fan with large outdoor fan, replace two of the outdoor porch lights with two or more larger ceiling fans it was hot outside, the bedrooms could use ceiling fans, a note on your description is needed about five car parking limit per house, need a second refrigerator. There is room at the end of the kitchen counter area near dining room, in upstairs bathroom light in shower is loose, in master bathroom the towel, rack needs attention. We would give it an 8 out of 10.

Perfect Family Getaway with Amazing Amenities!

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this stunning home! The property was immaculately clean, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The themed bedrooms were a hit with the kids, and the game room kept us entertained for hours. The pool and lounge area were perfect for soaking up the Florida sun, and we loved having the grill for evening cookouts. The location couldn’t have been better as close to the parks. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the little touches that made this home feel so welcoming and well-thought-out. This property truly exceeded our expectations and gave us memories to cherish. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and fun place to stay! We’ll definitely be back!

Great Stay, Small Issues

Over All I want to say that our stay was Amazing!! Anytime you stay somewhere there are bound to be a few issues or problems and we had some. The Club House area, pools, lazy river and water slides were an absolutely perfect way to spend your day when not running around! We had a few small issues with the house. First was how "Loud" the house is. Everyone had the same complaint which was no matter where you were, you heard everything. I completely understand that THIS issue will be with any of the houses on the property as they are all built the same, but it was still annoying to feel like you didn't have any "quiet" spaces. The second issue we had was listed with the house AS AN INCLUDED USABLE amenity was the "Hot Tub". On site- Hot Tub, was one of the search tools / words I used when looking. However what they didn't tell us is that is only available during the summer months!! If we wanted the hot tub to be HOT.. we needed to pay for it. An extra $150.00 a day to be exact. When I called I was told that a heated pool was what is extra however they run off the same system and you can't heat one, without the other, and was even told "yeah we need to re-word that" which means they have complaints before!! VERY upset we couldn't use it and there was nothing we could do about it. We also had an issue with a neighbor being to loud and we got no help from Security.. which is a separate company from the property itself. Other than this, we had a Great time and made many memories!!

Exceptional Stay in Spacious 10-Bedroom Home!

This 10-bedroom home was fantastic—spacious, clean, and well-equipped! The pool and game rooms were hits with everyone, and the location was ideal, close to parks and shopping. The host was attentive, making our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Awesome!!!!!!!!

This property is definetly a place for families that love Disney. The game room is an absolute treat along with the entertainment/movie area. The themed bedrooms are beautifully designed. There are full masterbedrooms throughout the property and a Jack and Jill bedroom. The outside pool/lounge area as well as a grill and it is a nice spot to sit and relax. Overall, the property is a must stay experience . Enjoy!!!!!!
