Paradise!

We had an amazing stay with a very clean and welcoming property! Our space had everything from shampoo to dishwasher pods to cooking spices to beach towels! We were truly amazed at how much stuff the property had that wasn’t necessary but made it feel more homey!! We will be back and would recommend to anyone

Well appointed!

This property was well stocked with lots of little things not always found in properties. ie. 2 types of coffee makers and coffee for both - several types of sweeteners. Laundry soap and dishwasher soap are the little things that make a stay that much easier! An experienced host who has thought of everything to make the stay much more enjoyable and less expensive for the guest! Would recommend it to friends and family and we will stay there again!

Perfectly priced

Perfect for what we needed. Roomy, clean, great location, pool was nice, beds were comfy, updated appliances, safe and quiet. Nice neighbors. Outdated/tired decor, couch wasn’t comfortable, and water pressure wasn’t great, but if those things were just right, we probably couldn’t afford it. Great value.

Thumbs up for Tuscana Visit

The condo was one of the best maintained units we have stayed at within Tuscana. But by far the best aspect of our stay was how responsive our host was to every question or concern we had. It was clear that our host wanted our stay to be comfortable and issue free. The new wood flooring was nice, the unit was well maintained, and the furnishings appeared to be relatively new. It was a great experience, and we hope future stays are as nice as this stay was!

Short vacay!

We have stayed at this property many times. Its one of our fave places to stay as native Floridans. This unit exceeded the others! It was very clean and had plenty of supplies. It was nicely decorated and near the pool- just a short walk. The owner was in communication and gave great instructions. We will be looking for this unit again on our next adventure.

Great location. Cleanliness subpar

The Good! The location is great! Very convenient to every thing Disney, grocery stores, convenience stores, lots of eating. The Tuscan has lots of parking, although there is a resident raccoon that rifles through the trash and takes his finds up a nearby tree. It’s amazing the grounds are so clean. The Bad! There are 2 bathrooms. The full bathroom with tub was not clean. I initially noticed the toilet, not hard water stains but splatter stains. When I had to clean the tub to give my 3 year old a bath it had hair and dust that told me it wasn’t cleaned. It didn’t look obviously dirt but my Clorox wipes had hair and dirt on them. It took multiple wipes to clean the tub area, there was hair on the edges of the rugs. It looks like someone looked at the bathroom and thought it was clean, but didn’t actually clean. The dining table had debris a combination of food and lives of paper. There was hair on the dining room floor. It had been mopped, but not swept or vacuumed first. There a popcorn kernels along the wall in the living room. Small stains on the carpet. Unswept trash under the kitchen cabinets. A lot of things you don’t notice after a long drive and you eat out. Everything you notice on the light of day when you want to make breakfast before going to Disney World. Things that a toddler finds that you don’t bring with you, stains in the duvet. The host seems concerned. The cleaners may have been rushing before the holiday. Not what you want to find on your vacation.

Great place to stay!

I stayed at this condo for a cheer competition with my daughter and it was perfect for us. It was very clean, and spacious. Close to the pool, which is really nice. The pool area was gorgeous and not super busy. Our host was very friendly and quick to respond to my questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The condo was immaculately clean! It's stylish and has everything you need for the stay, from kitchen utensils to bathroom accessories. Great location - close to the Disney Parks, restaurants, and groceries. Tuscana Resort

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The condo was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool is very large and has plenty of chairs, including shaded areas to get out of the sun.

Great place

We had a great time in orlando!! Our condo was beautiful, the pool was amazing, it was a perfect get away relaxing weekend!! Lots to do and lots of nice places to eat near by and Amrita is a wonderful host and made the weekend so relaxing and enjoyable!! I’d definitely come back and stay here again!!!
