Family vacation w/ 8 adults & 1 infant. Plenty of room for us all & we enjoyed the foosball & ping pong tables in the garage too. There were a couple of minor things that came up during our stay that were quickly addressed and handled (alarm issue, WiFi kept disconnecting & pool heat). The bushes on both sides of the driveway are overgrown and could limit parking in the driveway if there were 2 vehicles, but it wasn’t an issue for us with just 1.These Oregonian’s were quite pleased to see the alligator in the pond area behind the house as it’s not something we get to see everyday, (for anyone worried about it, we did not have any safety concerns, it kept to itself and stayed away from the house/enclosed back patio area) Overall it was a great value for the .

Host was thorough and we had all the info we needed for check-in. I wish there was a 4.5 because that is more what I think it should be rated. The place was clean but there are some things in need of repair...a wall in the upstairs bathroom was patched but not repainted, the stairs could use a deep cleaning, the light bulbs in the dining room chandelier were half bright white and half yellow (I changed it for them), the gaming systems in the living room didnt seem to work, and the dryer took 2 cycles to dry anything. There was also an internet outage that meant that we were without internet for 4 of our 5 nights. But, as I said, the place was clean and comfortable. Brian the repair guy was super friendly. Dave who we booked with was very responsive. Susan (the owner) who I was instructed to contact about the internet issue stopped responding to me about the issue but Dave took care of it as soon as he could after he was notified. Overall, the small issues were minor for us and we would stay there again.

We arrived after midnight and first thing couldn't find the house number, as it was hidden by an overgrown bush. Being able to verify you are attempting to enter the correct property is a must.Several areas of repairs and cleaning needing attention including a bedframe in one uostairs bedroom being pieced back together causing one corner of the mattress to be lower than the rest of the bed , kitchen countertops missing endcaps, many, many dead bugs in the master bathtub and the gas grill so dirty we couldn't make use of it.Items listed as amenties in the listing were either limited including toilet paper and papertowel; or actually only available at an extra fee.... what good is a hot tub if it isn't hot. The extra amount required for a 7 night stay 140, which we were only notified of 2 weeks prior to arrival and we only would have been using it for one evening. The final issue was the wifi being so unstable we could neither watch television in the 3 smaller bedrooms and family room area nor work from a laptop, as service kept going in and out. I am unsure if this a provider issue or a need for an equipment upgrade; either way it was very frustrating.Overall, a property that just didn't meet expectations.

Game room was great for kids and adults. Good variety of pots and pans as well as kitchen utinsels.Loved hairdryer in each bathroom and magnification mirror.Thanks for directions in checkin info as the GPS could not find the address.

Family Getaway

Location and property was as described. The house was huge and has beautiful decor. The garage was turned into a game room that was great for the kids. The biggest plus was the pool. My kids didn’t want to leave. There is a clubhouse, however; I never made my way there. Everything we needed was in the house. The owner Dave was very attentive and responded very quickly. If I go to Orlando again, and I will, this location will be it.

Really enjoyed our stay. Pool was excellent. We're there for a basketball tournament. Which was 30 minutes but with traffic it was 45 minutes away. But other than that was excellent would definitely stay again.

"Epic" Adventures

My family had a fun trip to Orlando to attend Universal Studios (especially the new park Epic). The house was great to come back to after a long day at the parks. No issues with check in or with our stay.

Excellent AC! (Cannot claim that everywhere in FL)

This was exactly as advertised! It is a really clean property. It was simple in kitchen gadgets but did have everything. Comfortable furnishings. Lots of space. I really liked the neighborhood and had zero issues getting in or out of the property. There was a Publix grocery store a block away which was very handy.

It was ok

It is a nice home. The tv in the downstairs bedroom didn’t work. The game system in the living room didn't work. We had to go out to get more toiletpaper because there wasn't any extra.

2025 Summit

Our overall impression of the property was that it was clean and it met the needs of our 10-person group. The girls loved their room and the remaining bedrooms were spacious. We will definitely recommend this property in the future.

Easter Holiday

All went very well house large enough for three generations. Good communication with host and estate management. Very clean and sufficient kitchen equipment to self cater. Neighbourhood quite during our stay. Communal facilities OK but my son did comment that gym equipment worn out .

Spring Break with Kids

The check in and check out process was easy and seamless. The house was clean. It was a great place for our kids to relax between park days. They enjoyed the pool and the garage set up and went back and forth between both on our days off. We initially were supposed to have an additional family join us and they were not able to, but there was plenty of space for us to be comfortable with both families and still have privacy. Venturing out was easy, despite heavy traffic during commute times.

Belles vacances en famille

Nous avons aimé notre séjour! La maison était propre! La communication avec notre hôte a été bien! Seul petit commentaire constructif : changer le tapis de l’escalier et à l’étage! Une petite touche de fraicheur serait à faire! Sinon tout a été super! La piscine et le spa était parfait!!!
