The house was nice, was easy to get to, close to Disney World and we had no issues with our stay. The reality is we spent every day at the the theme parks and didn't spend any time at the house other than to sleep at night. The mattress in the master bedroom was very firm which for me was a bit uncomfortable. The shower in the master suite had low shower flow, maybe that's just how it is in Florida, and the drain doesn't drain well. By the time you're done taking a shower there is an 1" of water in the bottom. Other than those very minor observations, our stay was great.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean house, very nice neighborhood. We did have trouble with the check-in at the gate. But after contacting the property Host all was cleared within minutes. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

Everything was very nice and clean. The only issue I had was there seemed to have been a recent leak in the ceiling in the kitchen area and it seemed like it may have had some black mold on the ceiling and around vents. We were so busy that I didn’t get a chance to tell the manager. I took a picture to show the manager.if needed. Otherwise, I had a lovely stay and would recommend this unit.

Perfect stay for girls trip

The condo was very nicely decorated and had all of the things we needed for our 5 day stay. Communication with the property owner/manager was prompt and very easy. The only things negative we have to say about the property are as follows: Shower heads were not sufficient for gals with thick curly hair. Some hand held shower heads might be a nice addition….at least one anyway. And sometimes there was no hot water in the kitchen sink. Two of the mattresses were very firm which might be ok for some people but were not entirely comfy for us. Truth be told we were so exhausted from all day in the nearby parks we basically fell asleep as soon as we got in bed. All in all our stay was a 9.5 out of 10 and we’d definitely stay again.

Summit Stay

We enjoyed the stay we stayed in Windsor before the only thing I would say about this property is that the pool and the area around the pool needed cleaning so we could not use a pool. The entryway was hard to get out of because the landscape was not as trimmed up as it should’ve been. The bathroom upstairs seat did not drain adequately and the stairs were squeaky so they tend to wake people up

Cute, clean, comfy and convenient!

We just got home and would love to go right back. This home was clean, super cute (especially, the Star Wars room!) and homey feeling. It had everything we needed and the whole process was easy! Our daughter loved the pool and water slide in the complex, too!!! Highly recommend!

Great Disney stay

We’ve stayed at Windsor Hills for several years while we visit Disney parks and it continues to be the perfect location. Our host had excellent communication and the property was clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend!

It was a pj sandwich under the bed that my kids could of thought it was ok yo eat 😞 it was peanuts under the living room table and the pool/hot tub was never hot 🤔 how you expect me to leave something clean and it wasn’t found clean and false advertising was looking forward to having a hot tub n home/yard

Great Stay

Our Family of 4 stayed for a week. I would absolutely stay there again. The property was beautiful and clean. The pictures didn’t do it justice. Having kids we appreciated the lock and alarm system for the pool. Another thing I really liked what that all the tv’s had a big selection of regular channels. We don’t spend a ton of time inside watching tv but it’s nice to have the option when we are, I feel like most rental properties have weird tv set ups with limited options. The zero gravity chairs by the pool were very comfy.

Never rented from VRBO before!

I was pleasantly surprised. How easy everything went. From the check in to check out. Very clean and kid friendly. Nice to have the pool right there for a quick swim before bedtime. Only thing i would of changed would of been the patio furniture. And that is really nothing. Great place to vacation.... Will definitely be back!
