60th birthday celebration

This property was great, very spacious and clean. 25 people were comfortably housed without anyone getting in each other's way. Rooms were a nice size. Check in was easy and no issues with the gate access for all our drivers.This property felt like a home away from home.

Beware

Pubic hair under the sinks, if toilet paper roll left is almost empty that is all you get. If you don't catch EVERY LITTLE stain on a towel or sheet before stay you will be charged to replace everything with a stain. So do not get dirt on anything...... Will never rent from this agency again, what a spit in the face and joke! No amenities within close range of this location!

There was a bit of a hiccup with hot water the first night, however a call to the management company and it was taken care of the next day. Our group will definitely stay here in the future.

My husband 70 birthday

We were very excited to celebrate with my children and grandchildren my husband 70 birthday for 3 days at Orlando . When we came it was very cold in Orlando the houses had summer blankets. We were not able to put the hit on, on the second night or the third night. We didn’t get an email until the day we got to the house ( after I called ) what supplies is in the house so we didn’t know we need to run to get all the supplies to the houses like detergent etc … we asked to check out by noon instead at 10:00am and the manger didn’t let us stay after 11;00am and told us if we don’t leave they will charge us 200 exctra. Before you come, bring toilet paper with you because what is in the house is simply impossible to use and there are no extras. Make sure to bring soap, shampoo, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, etc. because what is in the house is of very poor quality and very little. The house is large, spacious and very comfortable. It's a shame that the little things that were missing made it not perfect.

Great House

Our entire Volleyball team came in for a tournament and all 10 familes stayed in the house. The size of the house is awesome!! Everyone felt like they had plenty of room to get away when they needed but we could also hang out together. Great house, easy for shopping and restaurants and had everything we needed!

Nice Stay For The Holidays

This place was amazing. We rented this house with our large family of over 20 people and it was more than enough room. The place is exactly how it’s listed. The kids loved the very large heated pool, hot tub and movie theater room. Parking was enough for our 8 cars we had. The community also has a water park, restaurant and arcade room you can utilize as well. Would rent this place again.

Best House and Location

My family really enjoyed this house as it was a bitter sweet family gathering. One of my Aunts birthday was on Thanksgiving this year and she had recently passed away. This house was GREAT with bedrooms and location to grocery stores and shopping. This house had any and everything that a family would want during their stay!!! We're so very grateful!!!

So much potential…

I have rented in this neighborhood before, so I was happy to find this house in this conveniently located development. The 11 bedrooms accommodate 25. We had 24 people. The house was very hot when we arrived, if we moved the thermostat down, the temperature seemed to increase. The ceiling fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms (one of the hottest rooms) did not work. We were able to eventually locate portable fans in the house. The management company did not offer this solution, even thought I contacted them. There were other minor things that did not function correctly or at all- refrigerator lights, pool lights, sliding door child alarm, the Wi-Fi signal in the theater room. My major issue with this rental was cleanliness. There was trash under the coffee tables and in the sofa cushions. The walls has spots/stains that were removed with wet wipes, which was an indication that the cleaning crew didn’t even try. There was a heart shaped stain on the carpet in a hall upstairs that was slightly sticky. The response from the property manager was to use more of my vacation time to provide photo evidence so that they would make a claim with the cleaners. It would have been a much more comfortable stay if I could have been confident that it has been properly cleaned.
