When you first walked in the unit looked nice, but there were many hidden flaws about this rental. The shower in the master bathroom would start out hot and then turn to ice cold in five minutes. A technician came out three different times to adjust the gas hot water heater that kept shutting down because it was being overheated three weeks after we got there we saw that the closet the hot water heater was in was never vented. Reunion Security came out called the fire department. We were evacuated because it kept shutting down because it was not vented outside we were inhaling carbon monoxide poisoning for three weeks. The gas company shut down the gas in our unit and we did not have hot water for almost 2 days but the worst being we could’ve died when the host was told about this information he offered us 500 for our inconvenience. We called Vrbo and explained everything with pictures and documentation that the gas company gave us saying it was unsafe to be in that unit. The supervisor at VRBO that we talked to, Mr Munendra sent us an email offering 250 which we countered asking for at least 500 which is what the host was offering us he never text us back. He never gave us a 250 and we texted him three different times very unprofessional on VRBO’s part. The gas problem with the hot water heater was obviously the most serious part of our stay, but the dryer never worked for more than 10 minutes at a time.
