Lovely home with a pool

The property was in excellent condition, clean, and in a convenient location close to grocery shopping and with easy access to the interstate for our trips to the Disney parks. My kids especially loved the pool, and the living space was larger than I expected from the photos.

Vacances en Floride

Piscine non chauffée à notre arrivée Le BBQ était très sale et ne fonctionnait pas Le jeu de hockey n’avait pas de rondelle et ne pouvait pas être utilisé Une seule queue était en condition pour jouer au billard toutes les autres étaient brisées. La majorité des stores verticaux étaient ou brisés ou manquaient des lattes. Pas suffisamment d’ustensiles et de très vieilles marmites avec des fonds arrondis plutôt que plats. La propriété n’avait pas de compagnie de gérance et la seule façon de communiquer était par vrbo. Comme le propriétaire était en Inde, il nous a envoyé sa cousine qui a pu faire chauffer l’eau de la piscine. Le vieux système d’alarme nous a réveillés en pleine nuit et aucun moyen de l’arrêter. Il a fallu attendre à l’après-midi suivant pour régler le problème Toutes ces choses auraient pu être réglées s’il y avait eu une compagnie de gérance en service pour la propriété.

One Month Spring Vacation

The property was excellent in every way with one exception - the barbecue did not work properly and was not fixed so we didn't get to use it at all.

Needs deep cleaning

Had to contact the host for various things that ‘broke’ during our stay; 1. Lights brunt out 2. Thermostat low battery 3. Hot tub Most things were dealt with promptly, but it took some back and forth to convince them the hot tub was in fact not working. (worked for 3 days) We were assured of a refund of the hot tub fees, but now are told by the host we would have to try and get this directly through Vrbo, not impressed. Also the property was only surface clean, this property has not received a deep cleaning in a long time. If this had been a hotel room, I would have asked to be switched rooms due to the cleanliness state.

Beautiful Home

This home was absolutely beautiful and exactly as it was shown in the pictures. The pool was wonderful and our kids loved playing in it but the hot tub was the favorite for the adults! Overall a beautiful place to stay and a beautiful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The property was well described in the listing and we were pleasantly surprised. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. During our stay we noticed the kitchen was infested with no-see-ums bugs, so we communicated with the property manager and they sent someone out to spray (pretty quickly). However, they did not notify us that they would be stopping by and when we returned from our day (say early evening), we found our towels out by the pool were moved and a few other things that were odd. Anyway, it would have been nice to get notified that they would be stopping by. Location, great if you do not want to go to Disney (traffic was awufl)....if I were planning another trip, I would stay closer to your "intended" destinations and save yourself time in the car!

Great place to escape the cold

Wonderful home. Clean. Spacious and in great shape. This is our second stay in this neighborhood. Great location to everything but quiet and away from all the busy tourist area.

Perfect getaway…

My friend and I needed to get away since our original vacation plans had to be cancelled because of Hurricane Ian, and so we found this house. It was great. The private pool and Jacuzzi were quite enjoyable and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend it .
