"Best communicating host ever! Even after move out when Joyce thought she left some things behind, he kept communicating. Really impressed. Comfortable place. Great location. Her daughter stayed with her so there was definitely comfortably room for two. Great written instructions as well. This is definitely where visiting family will be staying in the future. "The room is very small, with only a toilet. The kitchen has plastic dishes, no proper knives, and no kettle to boil water. Even the most budget hotels usually provide a kettle, so it was disappointing to have to heat water in the microwave.
There were about 20 pillows in the room, which felt unnecessary — four would have been more than enough.
It would also be very helpful to have a small vacuum cleaner, especially for guests traveling with pets, so we could clean up after them ourselves. For...

"We had no communication with the owner until we were on our way there. We got an email the day we were to check in giving us the details. The place is basically clean except for a stained tub that could be cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The kitchen had 1 plate and 1 bowl. The bed is so high off the ground you need a step stool to get in. There is a desk chair and another chair that is old and has no padding. There were 2 irons but no ironing board. For a 4 day stay it wasn't...
