Spacious house with en-suite bathrooms for all the bedrooms made this a perfect house for our group. Hot tub and game room were relaxing and fun. Big kitchen accommodated all of us. Beautiful house!

What's not to love about a huge, spotlessly clean, well stocked rental house located in a neighborhood where you feel like you have complete privacy? The house had everything imaginable, and some things I didn't imagine (like the bidets with heated seats in every restroom). Truly an outstanding rental.

Our host, Alex, could not have been more friendly and helpful before, during and after our stay. The house location and the house itself was perfect for our group of 9 people. Strategically located between Bryce and Zion Parks, it made it very convenient to make multiple visits to the parks. The home is located in a beautiful subdivision on a large lot with good privacy. We saw mule deer and turkeys every day in the subdivision. The home is very well equipped with everything you would need. They didn't skimp on any of the supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen bags, dishwasher soap, coffee filters, etc. The coffee make used both ground coffee for brewing pots and kcups for single cup brewing. There were a significant amount of kcups supplied. The hot tub and fire pit were where we relaxed in the evening. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful property and wonderful hosts

Our family of 10 stayed here for a week while visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon. House was spacious, comfortable, and in a good location. Family enjoyed game room and lovely kitchen. So nice to have multiple long bed rooms as well as bunk room for the kids. Host very responsive.

Perfect for Family with Diverse Ages

Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were very clean and well ordered. The host's e-guide was the best I've seen and they were thoughtful to contact us to ensure that everything was satisfactory.This home was perfectly situated for our diverse family. Our family's age and interests ranged from infant to young adult. The layout, games, and entertainment options fit every age range. The trails close to the home were perfect for all ages and easily accessible. The e-guide was helpful in picking and finding the trails we wanted. The high chair was helpful and the first floor layout made dealing with young children easy. The cleanliness put us at ease when the youngest child was crawling on the floor.The location between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks made both easily accessible and we were very happy to find that the road is paved all the way to the house. This is a perfect location if you are traveling without a 4 wheel drive vehicle or a large van like we do.This was a perfect choice for our family.Thank you Alex and Vanessa, you helped to make our family vacation what we hoped it would be.

Family reunion perfect for 4 couples

Annual sibling trip where usually my siblings squabble over limited king beds and my youngest sister always feels like she’s relegated to the least appealing room. At East Zion, each of us had a king bed and no room was less desirable than the next. Perfectly located to enjoy Zion NP with side trip to Bryce Canyon and various nearby surprises, like Red Canyon and Peekaboo. We’ll be back. The hosts dealt with minor maintenance issues immediately. Kitchen perfect.

Amazing Zion family vacation

We were very happy with this property. It had enough space for everyone. A game room for the kids. A large kitchen, dining and family room for us all to gather at the start and end of each day. The location was beautiful and set in a great community with more for everyone. I would absolutely recommend!

Best vacay rental to date!

This was the first vacation rental where the property was actually better in person than the pictures! Beautiful cabin with a great layout! They went above and beyond to make sure the cabin was stocked with anything that we could’ve possibly needed. The hosts were quick to respond anytime I had a question. We highly recommend this rental!

Book It!!

As we sit in the airport heading home I want to make sure to review this property because I can get too busy and not get to it. This property deserves to be reviewed well!! Our family of seven- 3 couples and a single adult were so comfortable here. The bedrooms are spread out and each has an attached bath giving a higher degree of privacy. We could all sit at the dining table to eat, all watch a movie together. All fit comfortably in the hot tub. Many homes can sleep a lot of people but fall short in the other areas but this one delivers on all notes. It is comfortable with reclining sofas in the main living area, plenty of glasses,pots, pans, utensils casserole dishes. There are blow dryers in the bathrooms and the beds are very comfortable. Hot water worries because a lot of people are wanting to shower at the same time —- no worries plenty of hot water here! The home was clean fresh attractive hits on all notes. We had a great stay doing Zion and Bryce Canyons and highly recommend this home!

Zion

The cabin was beautiful and fully equipped for everything you need on your Zion vacation. We cooked dinners each night, and was glad to see spices and oils already there. It is conveniently located about 45 minutes from Zion National Park and 1.5 hours from Bryce Canyon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Zion Family Vacation

This property is amazing! The house was super clean and had all the amenities. We loved the hot tub and the game room. You can hike into Zion right from a trail in the backyard. The adjacent resort provides a shuttle service to additional trail heads. The owners are awesome. We had an issue with the coffee maker and they got us a brand new one the same day. The general location is perfect for Zion and Bryce. You will love this place.

Great Group Getaway

Had a fantastic time at the East Zion Mesa retreat! The accommodation location was perfect for our group of 11 to visit the Zion Park, Bryce Canyon as well as areas around Kanab. The house was well equipped and the hot tub wonderful after all long day of hiking! The beds were extremely comfortable and it was a bonus having bedroom ensuites! Communication with host was great and timely, I would highly recommend!!

Clear 10/10

New build in a new neighborhood - attached to the Ponderosa Creek resort. The property itself was great - yard was large, house was BEAUTIFUL. Pictures don't do it justice. Kitchen/Pantry among the most well stocked we've seen in a VRBO. Plenty of spices, laundry pods, aluminum foil, food storage containers, ziplock baggies - anything that you needed was there. We used all the amenities - hot tub, grill, arcade, pool table and air hockey table. Grill is new and well maintained. Very clean, everything felt very new. The home felt high end. About 20 mins outside of Zion; about 1.5 hours away from Bryce National Park. All previous reviews are correct in warning that you need to stop at a grocery on the way in. The owners also sent us a note that we should get groceries before arriving. The closet (small) grocery store is 20 mins away. There's a cafeteria at Ponderosa Ranch resort that you can access in a pinch. We are book marking this place to stay again!

Zions Ponderosa

This house was absolutely amazing for my family during our stay at Zion Ponderosa. The basement was set up perfectly for kids, the air hockey and pool table definitely got used. The kitchen was phenomenal, they stocked it with everything we needed to cook for a large family. The hot tub was great, especially since we had some colder weather and couldn't use the resorts pool and hot tub. The house looks new and everything was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again! Additionally, the communication with the owners was very helpful.

Great house for large group!

Our family of nine really enjoyed the home. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked for a large group. It was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. We all enjoyed the basement game room. It’s a wonderful house and I totally recommend it.

Amazing mountain retreat near Zion!

We had a fantastic time with room to spread out and close to Zion National Park. Our kids loved the playroom in the basement and I loved the hot tub! Can’t wait to stay here again.
