"This place is amazing, so quiet and cozy and direct access to cool hikes, and like other reviews it is not very clean inside or out. The cobwebs and dust are real and we had to rewash any dish we used as they were all dirty and there was trash and even clothing outside near the firepit/horseshoe area. The hottub was so great and also not clean so if you are picky and need things pretty clean, this could be an issue. It is also good to know that 4WD/AWD is pretty necessary. This place is remote,...

"We went to Bryce Canyon NP, Zion NP, Sand caves, Red Hollow Canyon, The Narrows, Belly of the Dragon…this place was conveniently located in a place where we could do it all!! Even went to the Grand Canyon!! Lots of space for family and love the country look! "

"This is a beautiful place! They thought of everything. The kitchen is well stocked with quality items. We enjoyed driving to Zion for a hike, then relaxing at the place and watching the wildlife come through the yard. The scooters were fun to ride and explore the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "The house was amazing! So well stocked and spacious. The amount of kid spaces available is fabulous when you have 9 boys to entertain. We had excursions planned in Kanab, Zion, and Bryce Canyon so this was the perfect mid point location."

"This place is unreal! The drive up Zion to the location was breathtaking. The cabin itself had everything and more that we could need! We enjoyed every moment. A great central location to all of the hiking. We did a day trip to Bryce Canyon and it was an easy drive. It’s a trip we will always cherish and keep in memory. Thank you! "

"The location is a little odd - a collection of small cabins plopped down in the middle of a large open area not really near any other amenities. The cabins themselves are nice and well-maintained - up to date, functional, and clean. "

"This quaint property is nestled in the middle of the mountains and in a new neighborhood that is still in under construction with gravel roads. GPS is unpredictable, but it only adds to the adventure. The cabin was spotless and it was nice to have a modern bathhouse with all amenities. It was hard to believe that we encountered virtually no bugs in the area. We only wish that we could bottle up the fresh mountain air and take it home as a souvenir. Very nice stay and we definitely hope to return...

"Kanab is a great home base for visiting Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the North Rim. Why not stay in a fantastic home while there. Spacious for our family of 3 adults, well equipped, very clean, and the hosts are great! We’ll stay again and will recommend to family and friends."

"Our group came for the Zion Ragnar race and this home was perfect! It was a short walk to the Ragnar village and start/finish line. The house was so fun… hot tub, ping pong table, big hang out room, well stocked kitchen. "

"This was a nice clean cozy condo. It was centrally located and had some great restaurants right across the street! Owners are awesome!"

"It was a great looking property that had everything we could have needed during our stay. The owners had all of the instructions for the tv and check out instructions for us to follow all of the guidelines. Overall a great experience and would rent again."

"We loved the proximity to both Zion and Bryce National parks. The cabin was decorated in an adorable theme and had any item you could need. The cabin was extremely clean and everything was very well maintained. The only thing that was unexpected was that the cabin is on a busy main road. There was some road noise. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "
