Great house for our family gathering. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to talk, cook, and visit. We really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The bonus room downstairs was another great place to play games and watch TV. The location was well situated between Zion and Bryce Canyon. Highly recommend!!

Amazing house. Every detail is well thought out. Kitchen has everything you would need including high quality non toxic cookware. House was in an amazing location inside Ponderosa Ranch with easy access to tours and Zion. Bryce is a day trip away.Would stay here every time.

Zion - Annual Family National Park Trip

The house was gorgeous! So clean and perfect for our group of 9. Something for everyone with the pool table, video games, hot tub, large kitchen, proximity to The Ponderosa campground/resort and of course 20 minutes to the East Entrance of Zion. We absolutely loved it! Hosts communicated well and were easy to work with!

Motorcycle Zion Trip

Property was perfect for couples as it has 4 master on suite bathrooms. Kitchen is very well stocked. Home is very clean and spacious. Separate large TV, arcade table and pool table area was so fun. We cooked and BBQ every day. Great home base for motorcycle exploring. Owners are great and very responsive. Would stay here again.

Multi_Family Spring Break

I rarely write reviews so it takes an above or below expectations for me to take the time. East Zion Trails Retreat was definitely above average. We had a two large families and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was so well equipped and the "book of knowledge" which included info on hikes and menus was so helpful especially with the different age ranges. Communication and cleanliness exceeded expectations as well. This is the place to start! Enjoy Zion!

Perfect Retreat

Great home for large families, adults and children! Four king-sized bedrooms ALL with an en-suites kids bunk room with their own bathroom. And multiple living spaces to spread out. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with every cooking utensil/appliance you need! The star gazing at this property is really special. Our only feedback was the wifi was kicking us off occasionally which may make remote working a challenge. Conveniently close to Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort with day passes available for the pool shuttles available to the East Mesa Trail head. We will most certainly be returning.

Great for a large family trip

Great house for a large family gathering. House was well stocked. The layout is great for hanging out and still having quiet bedrooms to retreat to. Fire pit and hot tub were great reasons to be outside. Location is great for acess to Zion and not too far from Bryce. Plenty of things to see/do in the area. Host was very responsive.

Zion private luxury home

We just had a few days to spend at Zion. I’m so glad we decided to forgo staying in town and chose this gorgeous private home. We weren’t far from the east entrance to the park, which I think cut down on the line into the park. The home had plenty of room and nothing was missing. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit!!

50th Birthday Extravaganza

We booked this house as it was next door to our sister’s place and had both family and friends celebrate my husband’s 50th! We hiked the trails down the street, the East Rim, the Overlook, Zion proper including Angel’s Landing, and many others. We also rented e- bikes, had dinner at the Ponderosa , went horseback riding, saw the baby pigmy goats, etc. The house was just perfect for the 8 of us, hot tub, outside fire, large living room and kitchen as well as enough bed/ bathrooms to accommodate all.

Beyond the Zion Curtain

High marks in all areas. The space is as advertised. What you see, is what you get. Located outside the national park, east entrance, in a quiet neighborhood on top of mesa Alex and Vanessa were excellent in addressing questions and needs regarding our stay in a prompt and professional, pleasant manor. Very Nice house near East Zion Entrance

Great House and Very Responsive Owners. The house was clean, spacious, and well stocked. Location to Zion was great. Owners were responsive with all our questions before the trip and when there was an issue not due to the house but affecting us they immediately helped and updated us until it was resolved, I would highly recommend this house to my friends.

Get place to spend time with family. Loved having kitchen, great room and four bedrooms downstairs. Each bedroom had there own bathroom. The loft was great for the kids. We loved being outdoors and indoor. A beautiful cabin one we will return to.

Orderville Luxury Home

Our group of 8 stayed here for 4 nights, and we loved it. Zion was easy to access and the neighborhood is great. The rooms are large with plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen and living room is great for large groups. Lots of space. Everything was very clean. Alex and Vanessa made it easy for me to check in and texted me to make sure everything was OK. I would stay here again if I visit Zion in the future.
