"The toilet kept running all night, then ran out of water in the middle of a shower. Texted the property owner, who failed to respond. The staff at the coffee shop below was very nice, and they tried to help, but they did not get a response from the property owner either."

"The cottage was so cute from the outside but too modest for my husband and I on the inside. We ended up leaving after one night. We had planned on cooking at the house but I underestimated how small the kitchen was from the picture. There were also no paper towels to clean anything. The owner has a ring camera by the door and must have overheard us complaining so his cleaning lady came by the next day to check on us which was a nice gesture but a heads up would have been appreciated. "Fantastic location looking out over the bay. The beds were a bit hard but otherwise very comfortable and yes, stylish. It is also an excellent value with rates as low, or even lower than hotels in the area with more room and amenities. Responses to questions or needs were almost immediate from the leasing company. I highly recommend this property. "
