The hotel has a great location lots of food, drink and shopping options steps from the front door. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast spread was very generous with options. It can be quite loud at night as it’s in a busy area and the bar/pub across the street is a late night hot spot. The ear plugs in the room were a nice touch.

The room was very small but the location was amazing. The place was clean and the staff was helpful. It is right in the center of everything a tourist may want to see. Close to all pubs and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again. There are a lot of stairs and no lift. So if you have mobility issues this may cause a problem.

Very small rooms that smelt of mildew and stains on the walls. Over priced for what you get. The breakfast was good and all but 1 staff member was helpful. The hotel is in a good location.

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The central location is excellent but the area is extremely noisy, with loud music from nearby bars and large crowds outside the window. Earplugs were provided in the room, suggesting that noise is a recognised and ongoing issue. They were very effective, however. The room and bathroom are in need of renovation, with loose electrical sockets and tired furnishings. Good air con in the room. Overall, an average and noisy stay that felt overpriced for the standard of accommodation.

Clean room, rooms are small but was okay for a solo traveller. It had air conditioning which was great! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city.

First off it is SMALL. When we arrive I saw we were right across from pubs with music going until 2 a.m and thought oh well I won’t sleep for two days. However, it is so sound proof I never heard anything! Great breakfast, great location (laundry mat 250 kl around corner) attentive staff, comfortable bed. If you don’t spend a lot of time in room this place is great. Also, air conditioning worked great!

Great experience! It is noisy but that was to be expected as it is right in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The windows are very sound proof though. If anyone has difficulty with stairs or cannot lift your own suitcase I would choose another hotel. There are no elevators but that makes it part of the charm. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were super helpful! Wonderful location right in the Center of The Latin Quarter. We are proud to be part of history at the 7!!!

The hotel is located right in the very heart of Galway's Latin Quarter and is vey well placed for shopping, eating and taking in the local atmosphere. We found the staff and team at the hotel to be very accommodating helping us to settle in and relax. Also take a few minutes to read the history of Number 7 Cross Street over breakfast in the little green book ;-) 100% would recommend and if visiting Galway again we would not hesitate in rebooking.

Although the room was small it was fine for the night. Car parking at €20 not far away. Good breakfast and helpful staff . A little noisy at night due to bring above bars but ear plugs provided but didn’t need .

We enjoyed our stay at 7 Cross. Our room had two twin beds and was small but we enjoyed it still. It was noisy in the Latin Quarter in the evening and the earplugs helped. If you need complete silence to sleep at night, I don't recommend this hotel. If you want to enjoy the Latin Quarter and have a lovely stay with a fantastic free breakfast, then this is your place to stay!

This family run boutique hotel is perfectly located. Knowing it could get loud at night, they provide ear plugs! The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful. Scott and Alex were eager to share the history of the building and their family’s involvement. The breakfast provided many options, an opportunity to chat with staff and other guests. Scott was very helpful when we had an issue in our room.
