"The property did not match the description in the listing. Some of the pictures were of a different unit, it was very small, old, not well maintained, and the outside furniture wasn't usable. The nearest beach access at Cleo Street was closed for construction. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating in helping us find another spot."

There were cockroaches in our unit, french fries underneath the beds, an icemaker that quit working and was very noisy and no one came to fix it. The furniture was torn and filthy. "a beautiful place to stay with an unsurpassed beach view and access if many many stairs are not a problem. However, a dirty living area carpet and a stained, worn couch were disappointing. Ants roamed the kitchen and bathroom. Paying 5star price we didn't expect such a condition and the host eventually became hostile about our complaints."

"We love staying here but it definitely needs some updating. Pots and pans are in horrible shape and we had to buy sheet pans which I guess I left. Lol!!! Don’t like having to pay so much extra for housekeeping but it was necessary especially being at the beach. And for what we paid for 6 nights, it definitely should have been included. Housekeeping staff were very sweet. John was fantastic!!!! So helpful and promptly answered our questions."
